Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

อพาร์ทเมนท์มีห้องออกกำลังกาย สระว่ายน้ำ และห้องของฉันตั้งอยู่ด้านหน้าสนามเด็กเล่น ห้องพักเย็น ทุกอย่างดีแค่เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นเกินไปแม้จะเปิด 16 องศาเซลเซียสและฝักบัว (หัวฝักบัว) เสีย นอกเหนือจากนั้นทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดีและฉันก็พอใจ

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a really pleasant stay at Renai Hotel Kota Bharu. The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around the city. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also one of the highlights, with plenty of choices including local Kelantanese dishes. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel may have an older style, but the hospitality, comfort and convenient location more than made up for it. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kota Bharu! 😊

Location wise is good. Only one of the units got slow internet. Not enough utensils but the owner was cooperative. The rest should be ok. Troika management should keep up on their maintenances. Lift was out of order and only 2 functioning. Took so much time since we were given different level during family’s vacation. Waiting for lift took so much of our time.

I liked that it is near the river, it is calming to see the view and the river flow and people playing jet ski in Kelantan river, it's calming. the staff is accomodating and helpful, but it is an old hotel so the room may show the sign of it like the condition of wallpaper. the breakfast is great tho with nice variety and it's good

The apartment was well-maintained and offered plenty of space, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the check-in process was straightforward. It’s a great choice for both short and longer visits to Kota Bharu.

พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี มีล็อบบี้ที่แสนสบายที่เราสามารถพักผ่อนสักครู่ก่อนออกเดินทางไปสนามบิน (เนื่องจากเรามีเที่ยวบินตอนเย็น) ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย มีกาแฟแคปซูลฟรี 2 แคปซูล ฉันชอบเลย์เอาต์ของห้องเพราะมีฉากกั้นเป็นกระจก ฉันดีใจที่โรงแรมนี้มีเครื่องจ่ายน้ำที่จ่ายน้ำร้อนตามอุณหภูมิที่เราต้องการ ทำเลที่ตั้งก็โอเคเช่นกันเพราะยังอยู่ในระยะเดินเพื่อไปซื้ออาหาร รวมถึงตลาด Siti Khadijah (ประมาณ 1.7 กม.)

ครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้าย เอ็กซ์ไปนอนได้แล้ว เพราะห้องมีประตู 2 บานเชื่อมกับห้องถัดไป เวลาห้องข้างๆ ไอ เสียงเหมือนอยู่ในห้องตัวเอง ดูแลเด็ก 2 หรือ 3 ครั้ง ตอนตีสี่ฉันก็นอนได้ตอนตีห้าประตูห้องน้ำห้องถัดไปก็ดังขึ้น มาเร็ว. (ไม่ใช่ผีก็มีลูกค้าจริงๆ) อีคอนหยด.. ฉันจะไปที่เตียง. เอกอนหยดลงบนหัว อืม. ชักโครกจะซบเซากลางชักโครก เหมือนจมอยู่กลางการละเล่น
