Highly recommended, we felt right at home. Everything was just perfect, super friendly and helpful staff, great attention is paid to cleanliness, and the restaurant is a big plus with very tasty food. The location is super central, but still quiet so you can just relax. We liked it so much that we immediately extended our stay.

Make sure if you are traveling from out of the copen ruins area that you are on time for your shuttle. I was stuck in Santa Rosa the night before, therefore I didn't get to stay both nights. Beautiful hotel beautiful room. Make sure you get the door code because it gets locked at 10:00 p.m.
