New fantastic hotel near to the center of the city. Sophisticated design, great cosmetic (special thanks for the hear conditioner), big enough room, really good breakfast, silence and comfort. Will recommend it to all my friends who goes to Strasbourg.

โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟและใจกลางเมือง สามารถเดินไปได้สะดวก แต่ไม่มีระบบขนส่งสาธารณะใดๆให้บริการ ทำให้ต้องเดินเท้าสถานเดียว ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่มีปัญหาในการใช้งาน โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป

This hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and city center, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. A great choice for both convenience and comfort.

ห้อง 301 หันหน้าเข้าลานภายใน ทำให้แสงธรรมชาติส่องเข้ามาน้อย พื้นที่ห้องไม่กว้างขวาง เครื่องปรับอากาศแทบไม่ได้ใช้ คุณต้องปรับเองในเวลากลางคืนเพื่อให้ได้อากาศเย็น หรือเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อระบายอากาศ การทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยทั่วถึง มีเส้นผมสั้นๆ จำนวนมากบนปลอกหมอนหนึ่งใบและบนโถสุขภัณฑ์ ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในตู้เย็นตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับนำมาให้สองขวด แต่ในวันถัดมาเมื่อฉันลงไปเอาน้ำ พวกเขาก็ให้มาแค่ขวดเดียว วันที่สาม พนักงานต้อนรับหญิงอีกคนเข้าเวร และเมื่อฉันโทรไปขอน้ำ พวกเขาบอกว่าฉันต้องจ่ายเงิน ฉันซื้อน้ำหนึ่งลิตรในราคาไม่กี่เซ็นต์ที่คาร์ฟูร์ข้างๆ มาตรฐานการบริการไม่สม่ำเสมอ บริเวณโดยรอบค่อนข้างคึกคักและปลอดภัย โรงแรมมองเห็นได้จากทางออกสถานีรถไฟ เดินไปโบสถ์ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที ซึ่งสะดวกดี พื้นที่สำหรับเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ ก็ไม่กว้างมากนัก

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและใหญ่ ห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำแยกกัน ซึ่งดีมาก บริการยอดเยี่ยม อบอุ่น รวดเร็ว และเอาใจใส่ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย และของหวานอร่อยเป็นพิเศษ คุณสามารถสั่งไข่ดาว ไข่เจียว และอาหารประเภทไข่อื่นๆ เพิ่มเติมได้

Great location between the train station and the Christmas market (main town). The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good

La habitación estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario.En nuestro caso lo escogimos por lo céntrico que se encuentra y bien conectado(como se puede apreciar en la foto desde la ventana). Lo recomiendo para todo aquel que acuda a ver los mercados navideños.Tiene parada de bus y tranvía en la puerta y lateral del hotel lo cual lo hace bastante cómodo.

My family drove from Paris to Reims and to Strasbourg so we stayed in the middle of our route Metz which is a lovely little town. This hotel has parking lot, close to Christmas market, provides breakfast which are all we needed.
