This beautiful and spacious home (over 4200 sq ft) is situated in the heart of the Town of Duck on the Beach Side of Duck Road. It’s an easy 8 min walk to the beach, the Sound, and the quaint downtown with locally owned stores, fantastic restaurants, and the Boardwalk. Enjoy exploring the town, take morning walks for coffee and donuts or treat your family to ice cream from one of the local shops. The ocean and the beach is just a short walk down our very quiet, live oak lined street. We also include use of a New Bintelli golf cart to help you get all of your gear to the beach. The outdoor living area and backyard are a true oasis, with its private salt-water and solar-heated pool (April-October) and new optional add-on electic heater available that will keep pool at 85+ degrees. Hot tub, gazebo, grill, and lawn games to play on our spacious enclosed yard, a rare amenity in this area. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, head out on one of the many decks with plenty of seating and porch swings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you might need, and has almost two of everything including range ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves.
