El año pasado también me alojé en este hotel y la verdad quedé muy contenta, por eso volvimos este año, pero este año no fue lo mismo, la ducha de la habitación se salía toda el agua, que llego hasta donde estaba la cama, además, había una filtración en el lavamanos que, obviamente avisé, fueron a arreglar pero no quedó bien así que siguió la filtración, después nuevamente fueron y no quedó del todo bien, en fin, no fue muy cómodo, después de indicarles de la situación me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación pero a una más pequeña, que no acepté y la solución que me dieron que me quedara ahí en la misma y ellos me pasaban más toallas para secar el agua, mal ahí. Lo bueno es la ubicación , muy cerquita de la playa, eso facilita muchas cosas. No sé si volvería…

Dear Sir, I have an issue to be resolved I WAS overcharged. The hotel did charge taxes (VAT) twice ,they did charge Chilean $ 229.000 which includes the tax and on top they charged the tax again over the 229.000

Hotel location was not bad as it is near to many eating places. Amenities are poor as they only provide 1 small bar of soap for handwashing. Nothing was provided for bathing except for a smalltube of shampoo for bathing. Not even a box of tissue and no drinking water. How much can they save going to such lengths of austerity? Worn out towels.

Buen alojamiento, antiguo pero limpio, personal muy amable, lo que me molesto es que en el desayuno me preguntaron dos veces el día domingo de qué habitación era y el desayuno no estaba listo a las 8:00 am, pero el desayuno bastante bueno. Sugiero mejorar el horario del desayuno, empezar a las 8:00 es muy tarde para los que vamos a trabajar o estudiar en fin de semana.

La atención fue excelente el personal muy agradable y respetuoso, las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Cuentan con un restaurante al lado del hotel sin embargo también cuentan con venta de productos en forma directa. Desayuno completo incluyendo fruta, corfkakes yogurt masas dulces, diferentes tipos de pan. Todo muy ric o. Además cuenta con servicio de spa
