เรามีการพักที่ค่อนข้างดี ทุกอย่างโอเค แต่มาตรฐานความสะอาดต่ํามากแม้จะยกขึ้น ซึ่งน่าผิดหวังมากสําหรับแบรนด์โรงแรมที่โดดเด่นเช่นนี้ การบริการดีพร้อมพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีที่แผนกต้อนรับ

Had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. To be honest, all stays at a Premier Inn are definitely worth the money.

Good location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs. Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good. Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice. Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again Price was good value for money!

The locations was good only 20 min from town center, but all around student accommodations which when it comes to night time was very hard to sleep because of the laud noises. Also what put us of are were the random hair on the bed and the spider crawling everywhere. Other than that good price for a short stay, staff were very helpful and polite.

While the hotel is a bit old, it still provides a fairly comfortable stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is the excellent service from the front desk staff, who are helpful and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome. Additionally, there is a ****** close to the hotel, which may be appealing to guests looking for entertainment options during their stay. Overall, while the hotel could benefit from some modernization, its location and service make it a reasonable choice.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

my room was as I expected everything I needed for my stay, I mentioned cleanliness in your review. My room was great, and the hotel overall was good, but the lift had sweet wrappings on the first night and was still there when l left, small detail that won't stop me recommending the hotel but you asked and that was the only bit I could inform you about,

So, the first night we were booked we had a room at the front of the hotel. Lovely clean comfortable room but the nightclub opposite played incredibly loud music until 3:30 am. The next morning we asked to move rooms which they were happy to do (but they must've known that those at the front would be disturbed until 3:30am). As we were out and about we just pooped back to move babe. We were in a smaller room at the side of the hotel so the music was barely audible, but when we used the bathroom in the evening, the basin tap was broken ,(top came away from the base) and needed quite a bit of manipulation to create a dribble of water. Too late to be bothered moving rooms again so we reported it in the morning. I'm sure the room cleaning staff must have known about this when they prepared the room. Don't know if breakfast or bar were available as nothing was mentioned at check in. A plus is that there's no charge for luggage storage (unlike the Ibis).

We were greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant demeanour. Our cards were given extremely quickly and we were in our spacious room. The service at breakfast was excellent and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. A lovely stay.
