โรงแรมใหม่มาก มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน และสุขาภิบาลดีมาก แต่พื้นที่ห้องน้ําและห้องน้ําของโรงแรมเล็กไปหน่อย บริกรของโรงแรมให้การต้อนรับดีมากและแผนกต้อนรับสามารถพูดภาษาหลายภาษา

ด้านหน้าสถานีรับส่งรถบัสจากอัลมาตี ประเทศคาซัคสถาน มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินถึงได้และมีร้านอาหารอยู่ในสถานที่เดียวกัน ทำให้เป็นสถานที่ที่สะดวกต่อการเที่ยวชม ห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัวเป็นแบบใช้ร่วมกัน และแขกจำนวนมากกลับมาบ้านหลังจากดื่มจนดึก แต่โดยรวมก็ไม่มีปัญหา มีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางมากมายและพนักงานก็เป็นกันเอง

อัตราส่วนราคาต่อประสิทธิภาพค่อนข้างสูง มีสปาฟรีให้บริการด้วย ส่วนการนวดมีค่าใช้จ่ายแยกต่างหาก อาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้น แต่รสชาติอาหารเอเชียกลางค่อนข้างแย่ ทิวทัศน์ภายนอกสวยงามมาก

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในท้องถิ่น เนื่องจากมีชาวต่างชาติค่อนข้างน้อย จึงมีโรงแรมไม่มากนักที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ อยากประหยัดปัญหาหรือที่นี่ สํานักงานการบินด้วยสายตาก็พักที่นี่เช่นกัน และอาหารเช้าก็ไม่เลว

A really good hotel. Located in a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops nearby. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the center of Bishkek. My room was very clean, and the pool was a nice feature.

我是攜程上訂的，在2樓，有陽台可吸煙，裝修比較新，早點豐富，有楊州炒飯。前台美女、帥哥非常負責且非要熱心幫忙，對一個身在異鄉的人來説非常難能可貴，該酒店不大很很温馨且離阿立套廣場很近。周邊有很多華人超市。推薦！！！

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience.

Парень на ресепшене казался недоброжелательным. Пришли заранее за час до заселения, он предложил ранее заселение за 6 долларов за час. Не знаю может быть это фишка отеля такая наживаться за каждый час. Но нас это сразу оттолкнуло. Если номер свободен почему не заселить своих клиентов на час раньше. ? В целом номер большой, все работает исправно. Мы там были одну ночь и нам хватило.
