Good Hotel actually but located in a quite small narrow road access to get there, breakfast menu not many variations, taste is also standard, room size is good enough, overall is considered fine with the price offered

My room was great, with a nice view and a delicious breakfast. It was clean, and the international sockets were a convenient touch. However, my little brother had an issue with the air conditioning in his room—it wasn't cooling at all. He reported the problem to the front desk, and they came to check but claimed that this was the normal temperature for all rooms. Yet, my room was cold, and his was hot! Despite asking for a room change, they didn't offer any alternatives. As a result, he ended up sleeping in my room since it was cooler. We paid for two rooms but only used one, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this 4-star hotel due to poor service.

Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.
