My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

I stayed for one night, just a short trip. I was looking for an affordable place and found this hotel, so I didn’t have high expectations since the price was very cheap for three people. Turns out, the room was very spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a family room at no extra cost—amazing! The location is also very strategic, in Cihampelas. There’s a minimart right across the street, and plenty of food options, so you don’t have to worry about getting hungry at night. Affordable price, free upgrade, and breakfast included! We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.

This Ibis Styles is truly in a perfect location. It’s very central, surrounded by many nice cafés, and conveniently in the same building as Pullman. For those who prefer a more premium stay, Pullman is a great option, but honestly Ibis Styles itself is already excellent. The team was warm and genuinely hospitable, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything felt just right. They also surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration in the room, which was very thoughtful and genuinely appreciated. It made the stay feel even more special. One small note would be about the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Ibis Styles properties around the world, and at this Bandung location the soto or soup tasted slightly mild for my preference. It is a very minor point and likely just personal taste. During the fasting month, the hotel thoughtfully arranges two breakfast timings. Guests who are fasting can enjoy sahur at the hotel, while those who are not fasting can have their breakfast as usual. It’s a considerate setup that caters well to everyone. Overall, I had a very good experience. I would definitely return to either Ibis Styles or Pullman when I’m back in Bandung. Thank you and cheers.

The room was clean, the location was also strategic, and the view was great. but somehow they recommended us to change room for the second night due to high load on the initial floor. We did request quiet room before, and we feel that they could have arranged it better at the first place. But overall it was a good stay, but it was not convenient to repack our belongings and unpack it again.

The hotel is a nice one, with good facilities and friendly staff. Unfortunately it is facing a major uphill road. We couldn’t sleep in consistent rumble of motor cycles going uphill, especially deep at night and early morning.  The hotel should install double glazing to windows in rooms facing the road. Otherwise the hotel is a good place for long weekends, especially for families.

Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure 🤔 didnt bring any ruler. Breakfast was good, i like their croissant. Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water. Staff was friendly, Surprisingly they have ‘mini market kejujuran’ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel, and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try. Walking distance to braga street, I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm. I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me 😁 (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done. Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful. Overall was a good stay.

Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.
