The room is quite decent, but the bathroom feels a bit outdated and worn. It's affordable, especially with breakfast included. However, keep in mind that the breakfast options are limited in variety.

Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road Overall will repeat here thank you!!

Staying at grand pacific for 2 days .Books 3 rooms and we got connecting rooms also.We call reception and ask for iron.immediately they sent it to our room though its already late at night.Tq tq..really appreciate. For breakfast ..its okay for us..varieties..😍😍

My room was great, with a nice view and a delicious breakfast. It was clean, and the international sockets were a convenient touch. However, my little brother had an issue with the air conditioning in his room—it wasn't cooling at all. He reported the problem to the front desk, and they came to check but claimed that this was the normal temperature for all rooms. Yet, my room was cold, and his was hot! Despite asking for a room change, they didn't offer any alternatives. As a result, he ended up sleeping in my room since it was cooler. We paid for two rooms but only used one, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this 4-star hotel due to poor service.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Hotel is in the great location, next to the mall. The service was great and have a friendly staff. There’s water leak from the window when it rains in my room and the staff had quick response and action. Breakfast is ok and it located in the rooftop.
