Walking distance to historical areas Head to the carpark lift and go to the upper level of the carpark, then walk along the carpark heading away from the station but parallel and you will see two glass lifts to the Ibis hotel. Don't follow google map which takes you to the rear of the hotels running along with the railway tracks as you have to walk around the whole block and back to the carpark lift. Very confusing and not good for people who have mobility issues. The escalators near the convenience store outside the station were not working, if you are mobile you can climb stairs but with luggage I'd recommend that you use the carpark lift. Buses you can tap on with your credit card or phone pay. There's luggage storage lockers at the station but expensive and once you lock you can't unlock until you are finished using otherwise you have to pay again, even if you paid already for many hours. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พนักงานที่เป็นมิตร เช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ที่ราบรื่น ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างยุ่งยากเพราะโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถใต้ดินในบริเวณใกล้เคียงที่มีที่จอดรถเพียง 8 คัน อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก

Prima hotel . Erg kleine iets gedateerde kamer . Met toch wel iets te grove gebruikers sporen na mijn mening . Wel gezellig zo met de kerstdagen . We werden prima te woord gestaan bij de receptie. Erg vriendelijk!! Brugge maakt alles goed !! Wat een mooie stad . Wintergloed was ook erg mooi

การค้นพบที่ยอดเยี่ยม - โรงแรมที่สะอาดและทันสมัยแห่งนี้เหมาะสําหรับการพักค้างคืน ห้องพักสะอาดมากมีทุกสิ่งที่จําเป็นในกรณีที่คุณลืมห้องน้ํา   ร้านอาหารน่ารักพร้อมอาหารเช้าแสนอร่อย ทางเลือกที่ดีสําหรับของว่างหรืออาหารเย็น ตั้งอยู่ในเขตชานเมืองของบรูจส์เดิน 3 กม ไปยังจัตุรัสหลักซึ่งเหมาะสําหรับเรา ผู้หญิงที่น่ารักที่แผนกต้อนรับใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมากทําให้การเช็คอินง่ายมาก ล้อมรอบด้วยทุ่งแกะด้านหนึ่งและทางเดินเล็ก ๆ น่ารัก ๆ อีกด้านหนึ่งเป็นอัญมณีเล็ก ๆ ที่แท้จริง ขอเเนะนํา  สิ่งหนึ่งที่กล่าวถึงคือหน้าต่างห้องอันตรายอย่างน่ากลัวและหมอนก็ไม่ดีที่สุด!

很有設計感的一家酒店，就連負一層的衞生間都相當華麗。 早餐相對德國荷蘭那些同價位酒店來説，略顯簡單了些。但是相比比利時，意大利這幾個國家，也算平均水平以上。 距離火車站非常近，旁邊城堡裏有一家相當**的餐廳，裏面菜品非常棒！ 非常值得一試，下次還住這家！！

What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

Heel mooi hotel met voldoende ruime,propere kamers. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en probeerd er alles aan te doen voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het ontbijtbuffet was ruim en lekker. Een gratis koffie of thee 24/24 is zeker meegenomen . Hier zien ze ons nog terug.

Very nice hotel perfectly based between Oostende and Brugge. Located on a lake side, very calm position and cheaper than others. Well recommended but the shower tray sealant in the bathroom could have been changed or bleached as it was full of black mould all over. Pity as shower was good and quite wide. Room small but its an ibis budget and it is enough space for 2 people. Comfy bed too

Otel merkezi konumda ve odaları geniş, ferah. Bu açıdan konaklama oldukça rahattı. Kahvaltısı da ***et başarılıydı. Ancak fiyat performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde, diğer otellerle arasındaki fiyat farkına gerçekten değip değmediği tartışılır. Personel konusunda ise karışık bir deneyim yaşadık. Resepsiyondaki bazı çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve yardımcıydı, fakat bazıları gereksiz şekilde kaba davrandı. Özellikle barmenler bu konuda olumsuz bir izlenim bıraktı. Akşam saatlerinde resepsiyon ve barla aynı kişinin ilgilenmesi de hizmet kalitesini biraz düşürüyor. Bahçesini kullanabileceğimiz söylenmiş olmasına rağmen, akşam orada oturmak istediğimizde sorun çıkarılması hoş değildi. Ayrıca bahçedeki aynı kül tablasının 3 gün boyunca masada boşaltılmadan durması temizlik açısından kötü bir görüntü oluşturdu. Ne yazık ki genel temizlik konusunda da memnun kalmadım.
