Overall, hands-down the staff are top notch in the quality of service with one exception on the front desk staff when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel is a lil run-down. My room wasn't well-lit. Although I didn't need much of the internal light. I only needed to open the window curtains during daytime. Water pressure? Good enough. Temperature? Good enough. Toiletries? Not much, although I think it's a move to make it ”eco-friendly”. I appreciate that instead of water bottles, pitchers are provided and a water dispenser by the hallway is available. No complimentary coffee/tea. TV? Forget about it, channels are few you are better off using your Netflix. Bed? Warm and comfy. Towels? I think some of the towels need replacement. Lobby? Good enough if you have visitors. SG? Very polite and would always open the door for me. They even offered if I needed a ride to the airport (which I did)

As I step at the lobby,a very hot air welcomes you,because the air conditioner compressors are installed inside,the front desk clerk are nice and polite though,I have booked the family room for 4 located at the 3rd floor,room 305 to be specific,the moment we opened the door a cockroach welcomed us,so we had to call the clerk again,she help us remove the cockroach,the bed are nice,the blankets are weird though,rough and thin ,and about the toilet,I will say it’s very disappointing,molds all over the corner,the exhaust fan are almost covered in dirt,dust and web I think,it’s like it has never been cleaned in a whole year,the toilet flash bin is broken and they just stick it together using something like glue or something like that,and lastly the water is flowing poorly,if you will take shower,you need to give it extra time

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.

They are trying to imitate Ibis hotels. It was a stopover, so we booked it accordingly. For the price, the breakfast was above average, the room and common area of the floors could have been cleaner and better maintained (scope of improvement), we didn’t use the pool but just saw it and it’s small and had few people even at 9.30 pm. People and service were friendlier.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au Nativo D Kubo. L’hôtel, récemment rénové, est vraiment charmant : propre, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, toujours prêt à nous aider, que ce soit pour l’hôtel ou pour organiser notre transport.
