Hotel bem situado, quarto razoável, limpo, não gostámos da piscina e do jacuzzi, ambos com pouca qualidade e a água parecia pouco limpa, a sauna é razoável. Hotel exige caução de 10€por cada robe, um dos robes fornecido estava roto e sem presilhas para o cinto, para um hotel de 4 estrelas acho que não devia de acontecer, foi trocado após reclamação. O pequeno almoço é bom com bastante variedade de alimentos. Acho que podiam promover mais os produtos locais. .

A superb historic property under private management and ownership - actually, in the ownership of the same family for over 400 years altho’ now a member of the Small Luxury Hotels marketing system affiliated with Hilton. The property in its adjoining Gardens are a destination in themselves, along with the nearby (400m) Santa Clara monastery. They may be sufficient for some visitors, but it’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Coimbra and it’s main historical area. Arthur Wellesley - aka Viscount Wellington - was a visitor during his Iberian campaign, so you’re in good company.  Staff are superb and obviously hand picked by the owner. The receptionist when I arrived (Evening of Sunday 16 February) was simply the best I’ve ever experienced, Singapore, Bangkok and Tokyo included.  Genuinely fascinating to talk to about the history of the building and some of the previous guests (famous but  ‘passed’ celebrities so no confidence is breached).  Best to stay in the rooms in the main building if possible, if tales of the previous occupant intrigue. Although the spa Is impressive – up to best Thai standards - and I guess the adjoining spa rooms may be equally good. Overall, an absolute gem that far exceeded expectations.

Чисто, комфортно и просторно. Есть общая кухня со всей техникой. Во всех деталях чувствуется забота к гостям. В номере была вода, мини-бутылочки с портвейном, в холодильнике охлаждённое вино, соки, молоко, фрукты.

Embora um elevador estava avariado e o vento soprava num dos quartos que reservei pela porta para a varanda, as comodidades estavam boas e gostei do local.

The hotel is overall good, Catia and Philip at the reception were exceptional, restaurant services are good just don't put your expectations high on the menu, the spa was pleasant. Overall a good hotel that I will definitely visit again

Ambiente tranquilo, quartos espaçosos, camas confortáveis, vista deslumbrante para o rio Mondego. Varanda panorâmica fantástica. O spa é perfeito para uma escapadinha com jacuzzi, sauna e banho turco. A piscina exterior tem bastante sol e a água limpa e agradável. Pode passear pela propriedade até ao rio passando pelo pequeno bosque envolvente. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e servido no restaurante panorâmico. O jantar é simplesmente suberbo em sabor e apresentação, sendo as quantidades generosas. O Chef é fantástico! As sobremesas Top! A voltar muitas vezes!!! Super romântico.

โรงแรมอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและให้การต้อนรับ ฟาติมาที่แผนกต้อนรับดีมาก อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ข้ามทวีปและมีตัวเลือกมากมายนอกจากรสชาติที่ดีแล้ว อาหารเย็นเป็นเมนูอาหารตามสั่งและเชฟก็ยอดเยี่ยม เราไม่ได้ใช้สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งเพราะอากาศหนาวมาก แต่สปาและสระว่ายน้ําในร่มก็สวยมากจากุซซี่เสีย โดยรวมแล้วทําเลและการบริการค่อนข้างดี คุ้มค่าแก่การมาเยือนอีกครั้งอย่างแน่นอน

ที่จอดรถด้านนอกโรงแรมเขียนไว้เฉพาะโรงแรม แต่ทางโรงแรมบอกว่าไม่รู้ว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น แนะนําให้จอดรถที่ลานจอดรถชั้นล่าง ไม่มีที่กินในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกโดยทั่วไปค่อนข้างเก่า

ประสบการณ์นั้นน่าทึ่งมาก พนักงานน่ารักและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก พื้นที่ดีมาก และฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน จะแนะนําให้ครอบครัวและเพื่อนของฉัน
