We had 1 night stay. Good facilities, like pool, Spa, Restaurant, however a few things need to improve to reach 4 star, like stated. Our room was clean and tidy but some lights up in the ceiling were out, basin in the bathroom was very cracked. We had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pizza, where the dough was slightly undercooked, no crisp, sloppy. Filter coffee at breakfast, that was included had a colour of weak tea. But you were offered to pay extra for a coffee on top of $30, you already paid for a buffet breakfast. Previously stayed here before, but I think it needs a lot of improvements as it's gone down quite a bit.

The room was just what we wanted, plus perfect to all the sites we wanted to visit within walking distance, highly recommended but a little maintenance is needed in the room we had, the toilet continued to run after flushing until one of us hit the flush button again, (half flush) the shower leaked at one of the connections ( must have been known as it showed calcium buildup) otherwise it was brilliant…

ห้องพักสะอาด! โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองเวลลิงตัน! มีแหล่งช้อปปิ้งและอาหารอยู่ใกล้ๆ! ใช้เวลาเดินไปยังพิพิธภัณฑ์เพียงประมาณ 10 นาที! ชายหาดสวยมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือค่าจอดรถแพง! เป็นอีกอาคารหนึ่ง!

ที่พักที่ดีเยี่ยมในย่านศูนย์กลางธุรกิจของเวลลิงตัน ห่างจากแมคโดนัลด์ เคาน์ตี้ดาวน์ และถนนช้อปปิ้งหลักเพียง 3 นาทีโดยลิฟต์ภายในร้านอาหาร ที่จอดรถคิดค่าจอดคืนละ 25 เหรียญ ซึ่งถือว่าคุ้มที่สุดในละแวกนี้ ลองทานอาหารเช้าดูสิ อาหารอร่อยและพนักงานก็เป็นมิตร

หากคุณต้องการออกไปข้างนอกในตอนเย็นใกล้กับการกระทําในใจกลางเมือง เราพลาด Airco เพราะห้องของเราอบอุ่นมาก เรามีทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของโบสถ์ถัดจากโรงแรม

From the moment we arrived in the hotel, we felt very welcome and all of the staff were top notch. Specially Kate who gave us a lot of information about the hotel and even suggested a good restaurant.

Rapt with my choice of hotel; the service at the desk was welcoming and friendly. Got a fantastic view from my clean room, and my whanau were rapt with the convenience of the hotel, location, parking, and service. Highly recommend Bay Plaza Hotel and would book to stay here in a heartbeat
