Improved over time, though initially upon check-in, I wanted to cancel and move elsewhere as my bed situated between two bathroom walls had a smell of damp/mold. Additionally with the windows upon, cigarette smoke was wafting in and even though my booking clearly says ”no children”, there are children at the hostel which means it can be very noisy. I attempted to cancel my bookings but Trip.com's accommodation broker refused even though the hostel agreed, so I ended up staying 1 week. The staff are friendly and some speak English. Laundry is a reasonable 100.00 som. The kitchen is nice and light and can be used as a social area. The dormitory has 6 beds and an ensuite shower and there were two toilets in the foyer, all of which were very clean indeed. For bikes and vehicles there is secure on-site parking and safe parking outside too as the street is an elevated small suburban street that has no passing traffic at-all. For the price paid, my stay was fine in the end, though myself and a fellow tourist did return at 4am one evening and we couldn't gain access to the hostel as it is buzzer operated, so a guest who was awoken my our incessant ringing had to open the door for us. Additionally, under the dormitory beds there is a lot of dirt and dust as it has not been cleaned for a long time if at all. Having stayed elsewhere in Osh too I rate ABS 8/10.

Had a great stay at Friends. Gika is a lovely host and her younger sisters were very helpful. The rooms have AC, with secure lockers for your belongings, and the beds are comfortable with a towel provided. The showers are very warm and hairdryers are provided. Overall a perfect stay. Plus there’s the cutest kitty.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับจัตุรัสเลนินในเมืองออช มีร้านอาหารและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ใกล้ๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตร ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย ถึงแม้จะอยู่ใกล้ถนนแต่ก็ไม่เสียงดังรบกวน อาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้น เหมาะสำหรับคนจีน!

โลเคชั่นของโรงแรมดีมาก ติดสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว แต่เงียบมาก พนักงานบริการเต็มรูปแบบสวยและใจดี ฉันมาถึงร้านแต่เช้าตรู่ เธอเข้าใจว่าฉันเช็คอินเร็วมาก คิดมาก! โรงแรมที่น่าพอใจมาก

อาหารเช้ามีมากมายและห้องก็ใหญ่พอ เป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มราคามาก ภาคตะวันออกคุณภาพอากาศดีและอยู่ใกล้ย่านธุรกิจมาก นอกจากนี้ยังสะดวกมากที่จะนำรถไป แค่นี้ฉันก็พอใจแล้ว
