Staffs are extremely kind and sweet here!!! They help me finding nice restaurants and I manage to get nice completo with avocado! They allow you to leave a luggage for a certain period of time if you are away (if you plan to go to somewhere and be back such as Easter island, it will be very useful) Location is just perfect. 20minutes away from the airport. Rich neighborhood and a few minutes away from Costanera center. Complementary water bottles will be provided.

Amazing big room, very well located in Santiago downtown. Very smooth check in and even allowed to enter in the room at 10:30 am. Breakfast is quite sorted of options and very delicious . I haven’t used the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Excellent option for three days in Santiago. Welcome drinks were an extra amazing thing.

Bastante aceptable. Desayuno bien. El extractor del baño mejorable, pero la cama cómoda. Es pequeño, falta un poco de luminosidad para mí gusto, pero está Ok. Limpio.

Great room and beds and enjoyed breakfast.  But the shuttle instructions were very confusing- it’s quite a walk from outside airport where other services do pick up, and hard to find spot as it’s in the middle of the car park, but well inside the building which made no sense. I waited closer to entrance of car park and once realised it was not coming, had to pay for a taxi which cost $25USD. This was annoying as I booked expecting an easy transit and Aldi because I wasted time and energy after a long flight.
