โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง รีพับลิกสแควร์ - เดิน 5 นาที มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง รวมถึงซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตที่เปิดตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง แผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าเปิดให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งสะดวกสำหรับเที่ยวบินล่าช้า อาหารเช้าแย่มาก นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่ฉันมาพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้และอาหารเช้าจัดทำโดยผู้หญิงที่ไม่เป็นมิตรคนเดียวกัน ทุกอย่างจบลงอย่างรวดเร็ว และด้วยสีหน้าไม่พอใจ เธอจึงส่งอาหารราวกับมาจากกระเป๋าของเธอเอง หลายครั้งที่ฉันเห็นว่าผู้หญิงคนนี้หยาบคายกับชาวต่างชาติอย่างไร เห็นได้ชัดว่าเป็นเพราะเธอไม่รู้ภาษาอังกฤษและไม่มีความปรารถนาที่จะช่วยเหลือเลย

Уже не первый раз живу в этом отеле Alex в Ереване. Всё устраивает. В номере чисто. Чистое постельное белье, полотенца. Номера бронировала разные, условия соответствуют стоимости. В номерах, находящихся в основном здании, есть всё, что перечислено в описании номера: 2 кровати, кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, душ, фен и др. Номера, находящиеся в здании (вход со двора), попроще, но тоже соответствуют описанию номера, нет холодильника, телевизора, но есть 2 кровати, кондиционер (не во всех), чайник, душ без фена (фен можно попросить на ресепшн), при необходимости можно воспользоваться общим холодильником на ресепшн. В номерах попроще и цена ниже. Так что каждый найдёт для себя номер по своему бюджету. Номер можно забронировать с завтраком и без. Завтрак можно купить на месте. Завтрак - шведский стол, разнообразные блюда. В кафе отеля очень уютно, разнообразное меню, можно пообедать, поужинать. Для оплаты принимают карту МИР. На ресепшн встречают приветливо, с улыбкой. Помогают решить любые вопросы, говорят по русски. Помогают с доставкой багажа до номера и обратно. От/до аэропорта Звартноц 20 минут на такси. Отель находится недалеко от центра города, можно погулять, рядом находится коньячный завод Арарат. Рекомендую этот отель!

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Хороший отель недалеко от центра, удобные кровати, есть одноразовые тапочки, холодильник. Были втроём, все понравилось

The hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.

Классный отель:) Чисто, расположение супер, завтраки вкусные и вполне разнообразные. Сервис на высшем уровне, очень красивые и культурные девушки и молодые люди стоят на ресепшен. Понравилась косметика в санузле, зря взяла свои шампуни и кондиционеры.

Очень удобный отель, в номере есть вся посуда ддя приготовления еды. До центра только такси. Пешком далеко

Очень приятный отель, симпатичное пространство внутри здания, есть уютные балконы со столиками и креслами, где можно сидеть теплыми вечерами и наслаждаться звездами. Номера маленькие, но комфортные, есть все необходимое, включая кондиционеры. На завтраках всегда есть свежие овощи, фрукты, сыры, и другие блюда, так что голодным остаться сложно. В общем и целом, впечатление положительные. В пешей доступности находится Каскад.
