The location of room and of hotel was great. Was able to park our car right outside room. Pool was a surprise, warm and great pool area. Only down side was a mistake by the staff who entered our room in the morning when we were still in the room, but we received an apology for this. Would definitely recommend it to family/friends.

Friendly host, easy on-street parking lot, clean and tidy, the highlight is Chocolate pudding which made u feel like at home. Highly recommend!

We didnt realise we could have requested a groud floor bedroom. It was tough as an 80 year old lugging three cases and various other items up the stairs. I looked for a lift but couldnt find one. Otherwise apart from the inside of the bathroom door which needs some attention it was ok.

호텔을 하루전에 직접 방문하여 예약을 확인하였으나. 호텔에선 예약이 안되었다고 했습니다. Trip.com에서 뭔가 실수가 있었던거 같아요. 신뢰하기 어렵습니다. 가까스로 한국에 있는 직원과 연락이 되서 잘 해결해 주었습니다. 그직원에게 감사합니다. 호텔에서 저희가족은 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들은 친절하며 시설은 좋습니다.
오래되었지만 실망할정도는 아닙니다. 호텔내에 사우나를 이용 하였는데 오랜만에 정말 좋았습니다.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Facilities are good. I did however have a cluster of ants in my room. They were swiftly dealt with by staff within about 5 minutes after reporting. I was grateful for being able to leave luggage prior to check in but a bit disappointed i had to pay 2 nzd to store luggage in a locked on departure for about 90 to 120 minutes. I can understand charges for longer periods of left luggage on check out, but under 2 hours seemed a bit unfortunate. However i would still recommend the YHA for others, although if you want a more ”party” type hostel, this isn't it.

受付のスタッフの方が親切に迎え入れてくれました！設備も食器や調理器具等が備え付けてあり、滞在時の選択肢が増えてよかったです！
ネルソンに来る際はまた泊まりたいです！

เหมาะกับการพาลูกๆ มาด้วย ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ไม่ค่อยมีน้องหมาด้วย มีร้านกาแฟให้พาน้องหมาเข้าพักได้ ที่พักมีหลากหลายรูปแบบ ห้องหนึ่งนอนห้องสองนอน ใช้ครัวส่วนกลาง ใช้ห้องน้ําสาธารณะ รถยนต์ส่วนตัว พักได้

We were very impressed at how well appointed the room was. Great facilities. We had come to see a show at a theatre a 5 min walk from the Motor Lodge so the location was a dream. Staff were very friendly & accomodating. We will be back & highly recommend. The price was brilliant too.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed
Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks)
Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds
Highly recommended and at a great rate
We looking forward staying here again

A bit of noise from the music in the outside bar area in the early to mid evening, the speaker was right under our window, which might be a problem to some, not to us.
Food was good , but a little on the expensive side for us, personally,
Lovely location right on the water, lovely looking building.

ผผู้เข้าพักNice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.

FFanieWe stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. We received excellent communication before our arrival, which made check-in extremely smooth. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It is very close to the centre of town (about 2 minutes) with lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommended!
