La chambre était ancienne comme tout l'hôtel, mais un peu rénovée style Vintage années 70. La chambre était au 11ème étage et la vue était très belle sur les montagnes vertes. Les lits par contre étaient inconfortables, matelas très souples et nous nous sommes réveillés avec des douleurs de dos, mais à ce prix on ne doit pas beaucoup se plaindre. La salle de bain était neuve contrairement à ce qui a été écrit.

The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim.

Tolles, charmantes Schlosshotel mit direkter Lage an der Mosel. Zimmer upgrade ohne Aufpreis erhalten damit mit Moselblick 👍 Frühstück von 7 bis 11 Uhr, also keine Eime beim Aufstehen. Service zuvorkommend, besonders an der Rezeption. Auschecken um 11 doch man kann bis 22h den Wellnessbereich nutzen und bekommt einen Korb mit Bademantel und Pantoffeln. Gerne wieder ✌️

The pictures look better than the actual hotel and even though the amenities are quite nice, especially the Spa area the service should definitely be improved when it comes to the ladies at the front desk. The other staff was very helpful but overall management seems to be a little confused.

Service was excellent. Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. Second time staying there and will be staying a third.
