Check in was smooth but could do with giving more information about the hotel. During the stay, only large towel is provided. No small towels. Not a problem for me as I’m travelling solo. I had the deluxe sea view and view is great too. Bed a comfortable. Pillows are great too.

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

Good location in the middle of city padang. Room spacious. Furniture old. Cleanliness 8/10. Staff very friendly. Price is reasonable.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Very relaxed stay with amazing ocean view, best sunset included. Perfect to stay there for exploring Padang and West-Sumatra.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับหาดปันไตปาดัง (ขับรถ 5 นาที) เดินทางไปร้านอาหารและร้านกาแฟได้ง่าย เหมาะสำหรับนักเดินทาง ห่างจากสนามบินปาดังโดยรถยนต์ประมาณ 45 นาที โดยรวมแล้วห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย พนักงานทำความสะอาดก็สุภาพมาก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง! ราคาสมเหตุสมผลด้วย

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ในเขต UNP และทำเลดี ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมสวยงามและพนักงานต้อนรับก็เป็นมิตรมาก น่าเสียดายที่ห้องพักสกปรกและมีฝุ่นมาก คุณสามารถเห็นรอยผมและสิ่งสกปรกบนที่นอนและปลอกผ้านวม ผนังห้องน้ำมีเชื้อราสีเขียว ถือเป็นการสิ้นเปลืองสำหรับโรงแรมที่มีทำเลดีแต่มีความสะอาดแย่มาก หวังว่าฝ่ายจัดการจะพิจารณาเรื่องนี้
