Stayed at The Westin Grand Frankfurt during a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after work. Staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. A reliable and comfortable hotel choice when visiting Frankfurt.

Algemein sehr schönes Aufenthalt, dervDarmstadt iat wunderbar. Im Hotel waren die Leistungen und Personal besonders schön. Nur keiner USB steckdosen im Zimmer.

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! Otherwise room was to standard with coffee machine, fridge, kettle, hair dryer. Our second disappointment was the wellness area. We had booked the Radisson to enjoy the pool and sauna. The sauna was closed due to upgrades and the pool was freezing; probably warm enough to swim in but at less than 10m not large enough for proper swimming and definitely too cold for lounging/enjoying. Overall not quite the stay we expected.

For a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.

The Location next to the River is stunning and I enjoyed walking around, watching birds, the apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a really nice balcony. I did not use the SPA but it looked really nice on pictures and from the outside. I also really liked the swings on the balcony. The bathtubs is also really comfy. The only things they could improve would be a hair dryer (which I might have missed), hangars for the wardrobe and maybe a different soap. I travelled by car, there waa sufficient parking space, if you park on the premises it costs 10€, if you park upstairs at the main road it is for free.
