Nicely renovated hotel, front desk, bellmen gave great support and services. In regards to housekeeping (assume outsourced staff) adjustments needed & amenities are quite basic for a grand hotel. While famous for withe tea amenities, the dispenser were empty (shampoo and bodywash) when housekeeper supervisor came to check and were informed the replacement was a different brand (Malin & Goetz) strange for a hotel which takes pride in the white tea branding. Complimentary water was completely not replaced on one day, only after reminder received water. Also during stay two times housekeeping supervisor came to check, knocked and immediately entered which should be adjusted and give guest a little more time to react. Toilet button not working properly. Breakfast plenty and staff very friendly. Overall despite the housekeeping issues nice hotel.
