ข้อดี: ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้! การบริการที่เป็นส่วนตัวนั้นโดดเด่น โดยมีพนักงานคอยต้อนรับแขกด้วยชื่อ อาหารอร่อยมากและทางโรงแรมก็มีกิจกรรมประจำวันที่หลากหลายให้แขกได้เพลิดเพลิน ห้องพักกว้างขวางไม่มีที่ติโดยเฉพาะห้องที่มองเห็นวิวทะเลเป็นจุดเด่น พร้อมด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกล้ำสมัย ประสบการณ์สปานั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ข้อเสีย: น่าเสียดาย ชายหาดไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหวัง แทนที่จะเป็นทราย กลับกลายเป็นกรวด และน้ำกลับกลายเป็นหิน ต้องใช้รองเท้าลุยน้ำจึงจะเข้าไปได้อย่างปลอดภัย การไม่มีสิ่งเหล่านี้ถือเป็นการกำกับดูแลที่น่าเสียใจ เนื่องจากสิ่งเหล่านี้จำเป็นสำหรับประสบการณ์ชายหาดที่สะดวกสบาย

The hotel is very nice and the room is very big.One thing is they don’t have lotion,cleansing etc..I don’t know maybe I just used from other hotel or another country like Japan that they provide all the skin care and other stuff like headband,shower cap and many more.Anyway,the hotel is very near in Ayala Mall and other places,so it’s very convenient.So far the hotel is very good and the staff have a good service.

โรงแรมได้รับการปรับปรุงดีขึ้นกว่าครั้งก่อนมาก มีเครื่องกดน้ำดื่มอยู่ด้านนอกห้อง มีลิฟต์ อาหารเช้าฟรีเสิร์ฟในจาน แต่ปริมาณจำกัดแต่ก็โอเค ทางโรงแรมบอกว่าไม่มีกาต้มน้ำในห้อง เพราะมีเครื่องกดน้ำดื่มอยู่ด้านนอกที่น้ำร้อนได้ แต่ไม่ร้อนเท่าน้ำเดือดใหม่ๆ ฉันลองเช่ากาต้มน้ำแล้วแต่แพงมาก 150 เปโซต่อวัน รู้สึกว่าแพงเกินไป นอกเหนือจากนั้น พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและสุภาพ ห้องพักสะอาด พื้นที่จำกัด โดยเฉพาะห้องน้ำ แต่ก็โอเค

ทําเลที่ตั้งยังคงเป็นที่ยอมรับเพราะไปทุกที่เข้าถึงได้ง่ายด้วย Grab แม้ว่าจะมีรถติด แต่เราก็ยังสามารถไปถึงที่หมายได้ทันเวลา โรงแรมนี้ปลอดภัยเกินไปในความรู้สึกพวกเขาสแกนทุกรายการเมื่อคุณกลับมาที่โรงแรม ทุกอย่างในห้องดี แต่มีรั่วบนก๊อกน้ําซึ่งทําให้เราหงุดหงิดเมื่อใช้อ่าง

It was our first time at NUSTAR. We only stayed for one night. It was a birthday suprise for my wife. She loved it and so did I. The suite we had was awesome. Very clean and spacious. We loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of details put into designing these suites. Very well done. The mall was great, all high to higher end stores which explains why not many customers in the stores. The 2nd floor had several restaurants. All were very busy which is good to see. We wanted to do the sky walk however it is by reservation only and they had already sold out for the day, so book that early if you want to do. The ****** was fun. First time for my wife. It was clean and very similar to all other casinos.We are already making plans to come back in December for a week, so I would highly recommend it. As for the cost, probably out of reach for most Filipinos however for foreigners it is very affordable. Just remember it is a high class place with standards and a dress code.

The best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

I love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงพนักงานร้านอาหาร พนักงานทําความสะอาดยอดเยี่ยม พวกเขาทําได้ดีมากเพื่อให้ห้องของเราเรียบร้อยทุกวัน บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบพื้นฐานและมีแมลงวันมากมาย แต่เป็นรีสอร์ทดังนั้นมันจึงคาดหวังมาก คุณสามารถชื่นชมการหยุดชะงักบางอย่าง หน้าชายหาดของโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมเมื่อเทียบกับสีแดงเข้ม อยากจะแนะนําเพลงเบา ๆ สําหรับบรรยากาศ ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวก เด็กๆ ชอบสระว่ายน้ํา 3 สระ และคุณนายก็ชอบสปา โดยรวมแล้วพวกเขาเป็นไปตามประสบการณ์และความคาดหวังของโรงแรมรีสอร์ทระดับ 4 ดาว
