If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก อากาศก็ดี เหมาะกับการพาเด็กๆ ออกมาเที่ยวชมพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และเดินไปหาดทรายแม่น้ำ ซึ่งอยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณ 200 เมตร ตอนกลางคืนก็สามารถเดินไปถนนคนเดินและตลาด咸安坊ได้ไม่ไกล พนักงานโรงแรมให้บริการด้วยความกระตือรือร้น เตรียมของใช้ในห้องน้ำและรองเท้าแตะสำหรับเด็กไว้ล่วงหน้า ห้องพักสะอาด! ห้องฟิตเนสและห้องซักรีดอยู่ชั้น 16 สะดวกสบายมาก!

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีครับ ชั้นล่างเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า ตรงข้ามเป็นถนนของกิน ช่วงฤดูร้อนรถติดมากเพราะกำลังซ่อมถนน พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีครับ แต่ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมต่ออายุการเข้าพักอีกหนึ่งคืนต้องเพิ่มเงิน 300 บาท สุดท้ายผมเลยจองผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม ซึ่งห้องวิวแม่น้ำดีกว่า แถมได้อาหารเช้าและราคาถูกกว่าไม่กี่สิบบาท ผมแจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับว่าขอพักห้องเดิมดีกว่า จะได้ไม่ต้องย้ายห้อง แต่พนักงานบอกว่าไม่ได้ ผมก็เลยเก็บของ พอขึ้นไปบนห้อง พนักงานก็โทรมาบอกว่าตกลงให้พักห้องเดิมได้ และหวังว่าจะให้คะแนนดีๆ ผมคิดว่าการบริการที่จริงใจสำคัญกว่าสิ่งอื่นใด หวังว่าโรงแรมจะปรับปรุงนะครับ

เข้าพักสามคืน ประสบการณ์ที่ได้ค่อนข้างหลากหลายครับ สองคืนแรกพักชั้นกลาง วิวแม่น้ำ 270 องศา ห้องพักได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี พื้นที่กว้างขวาง อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำดูใหม่และเงางาม มีปลั๊กไฟนานาชาติและพอร์ตชาร์จ USB-C ซึ่งสะดวกมากครับ แต่คืนสุดท้ายพักห้อง Executive Floor วิวแม่น้ำ 180 องศา กลับไม่ค่อยประทับใจ ห้องค่อนข้างแคบและการจัดวางไม่เหมาะสม ห้องน้ำกินพื้นที่เยอะมาก แต่โต๊ะ ตู้เสื้อผ้า และส่วนห้องนอนกลับเล็กนิดเดียว ที่วางกระเป๋าเดินทางวางได้แค่กระเป๋าใบเล็กขนาด 20 นิ้วเท่านั้นครับ ก๊อกน้ำมีคราบสนิมสีเหลือง แอร์ก็ไม่เย็น ช่วงบ่ายแดดส่องตรงเข้ามาในห้องจนรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในเตาอบ ควรปรับปรุงการบำรุงรักษาห้องพักให้ดีขึ้นครับ ในส่วนของการบริการ คุณป้าแม่บ้านน่ารักมากครับ ให้ผ้าคลุมชักโครกและอ่างอาบน้ำแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งมาให้ด้วย พนักงานที่ Executive Lounge ก็บริการดีและกระตือรือร้น ค็อกเทลที่ชงสดๆ ในเลานจ์อร่อยดีครับ การได้นั่งดื่มค็อกเทลพร้อมชมการแสดงแสงสีเป็นอะไรที่ผ่อนคลายมากครับ

I recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!

For anyone visiting Enshi, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you want to experience both convenience and calm. You are close to the charm of Daughter City, but once inside the hotel, it feels private, refined, and deeply relaxing. Pujian Courtyard-Style Hotel is not just a place to sleep. It is part of the Enshi experience itself — a quiet courtyard, a cup of tea, a peaceful pause, and a beautiful way to feel the spirit of Tujia Girl’s Town. Highly recommended for couples, culture lovers, tea lovers, and travelers who enjoy boutique hotels with atmosphere and character.

整體體驗遠超預期，非常適合商務出行選擇。 前台小丁辦理入住效率很高，工作人員專業温和，主動告知早餐、健身房、自助洗衣房位置，24小時前台深夜抵達也全程安心。客房空間寬敞，乾濕分離衞浴乾淨無異味，辦公桌椅尺寸合適，夜間隔音效果優秀，完全聽不到走廊和馬路噪音，床墊軟硬適中，晚上都休息得很好。

이창(의창) 여행 최적의 위치입니다 장강 부근에 입지해 뷰가 매우 아름답습니다. 가급적 장강뷰를 선택하시길 바랍니다. 야경에 취해 밤을 지새울 수 있습니다. 바로 옆 완다광장(만달광장)이 있어 맛집이며, 엔터테이먼트를 즐기기 용이합니다. 또 약 5분 거리 산샤(삼협) 선착장이 있습니다. 2026년 봄에 개업한 만큼 신축이라 더욱 새롭습니다. 다만 화주회 그룹의 계열사이긴하지만 직영이 아닌 가맹점이라 조금의 차이가 있습니다. 세탁실에 세탁과 건조가 무료나 세탁기가 엘지제품이 아닌 자체 발주한 제품입니다. 헬스장은 트레드밀 2개 뿐이고 자전거나 기타 운동기구는 없습니다. 조식은 여느 촨지(전계)호텔처럼 깔끔합니다. 이창 특색 요리인 홍요우빠오즈(홍유포자)가 제공된다고 했지만 필자가 묵은날에는 없었습니다. 그래도 홍요우미뻔이 제공되어 맛있게 먹었습니다.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future
