The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Overall, I was very pleased. A special shoutout to Menda from the front office, who was always wonderful and greeted us with a lovely smile.

Very strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.
