First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth — in fact, I was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious and breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only concern was the air-conditioning in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cooling properly. I informed the front desk, and the technician came to check, but there was no improvement. This made the stay less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great good.

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

Amazing hotel with such a clean and comfortable room. Rooftop pool is great too!

Overall, the hotel in Pekanbaru is quite cheap and offers good value for money. The room itself was comfortable and generally well maintained. The only downside I noticed was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which might be due to the cleaning not being done thoroughly or possibly an issue with the plumbing Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing fancy, but still decent and enjoyable. One highlight was the reception staf… they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive difference. Another convenience is the location: right next to the hotel there is an Indomaret and a coffee shop, making it easy to grab daily necessities or a quick drink. However, you should be careful when crossing the road in front of the hotel, as traffic can be quite busy

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินไม่ถึง 10 นาที และมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรี นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่รอบๆ โรงแรม เช่น ร้านเบเกอรี่ และซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอินโดมาเร็ต ห้องพักสะอาด มีวิวสวย (ต้องขอห้องชั้นสูงๆ) และน้ำไหลแรงดี ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นพอในช่วงที่ฉันเข้าพัก และห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก หวังว่าโรงแรมจะซ่อมเครื่องปรับอากาศได้ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าดีและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปและเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดี

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here
