The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

We had an amazing stay in the hotel. The service of DAFAM was amazing. They were very accommodating and helped us greatly. The rooms are spacious and clean in the non smoking area. Shower water was warm, but not hot. The breakfast buffet is good! With amazing coffee

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

เราเข้าพัก 2 คืน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ที่ซิมปัง 4 ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟต์สำหรับ 2 ท่าน ข้างๆ ร้านอาหารซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 มีสระว่ายน้ำให้ลงเล่นน้ำได้ โรงแรมมีทั้งหมด 14 ชั้น รวมที่จอดรถใต้ดินและชั้นล่าง (ล็อบบี้) ฝักบัวในห้องมีแรงดันน้ำดี เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย การใช้ Grab สะดวกมาก สามารถสั่งอาหารและเดินทางได้ง่าย ที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินประมาณ 6 กิโลเมตร ตรงข้ามกับร้านอาหารปาดังที่ดีที่สุด = Pagi Sore ห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ดีที่สุด = Living World = ห่างออกไปประมาณ 7 กิโลเมตร

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

Welcoming staff, nice clean room and great location to the airport for a short stay. Room service was fast and food/drink delicious! Thankyou :)
