เมื่อวานนี้ฉันพักที่ฮอลิเดย์อินน์ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก โรงแรมสะอาดมาก ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี และสร้างบรรยากาศที่แสนสบาย ต้องขอชื่นชมซานิกาเป็นพิเศษ เธอเป็นมิตรและเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดีตลอดการเข้าพัก ความเป็นมืออาชีพและการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นของเธอทำให้ประสบการณ์นี้ดียิ่งขึ้นไปอีก ฉันยังประทับใจกับการติดตามผลที่ดีเยี่ยมของโรงแรม ที่ทำให้ทุกอย่างราบรื่น โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่แสนสุขและน่าพึงพอใจอย่างแท้จริง ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

ยินดีต้อนรับไม่ดี! ตอนเช็คอินลืม welcome drink ต้อนรับและ welcome drink เราได้ห้องวิวเมืองในขณะที่เราจองห้อง Pool View (วิวดีกว่าและราคาเพิ่ม) (ประมาณ 15,000 รูปี / USD 150 ต่อคืน ) เราถูกบังคับให้ขึ้นลงสองครั้งเพื่อตรวจสอบห้องที่แตกต่างกัน พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อเสนอห้องพักราคาต่ํากว่าพร้อมสิทธิประโยชน์เพิ่มเติมสําหรับการเข้าถึงเลานจ์ เมื่อเราวางเท้าลงเท่านั้น เราก็ได้รับห้องที่เราจ่ายหลังจากรอ 1 ชั่วโมงเท่านั้น ในที่สุดเราก็เช็คอินเวลา 18.00 น. ฉันไม่เคยเข้าใจตรรกะที่อยู่เบื้องหลังไม่จัดสรรห้องที่จ่ายไป อย่าลืมจองโรงแรมนี้ในช่วง Season (วันหยุดคริสต์มาส) ช่วงนี้วุ่นวายมาก รูมเซอร์วิสก็ดี ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องพักมีวิวสระว่ายน้ําที่ดี เราจองปาร์ตี้ริมสระปีใหม่กับพวกเขาซึ่งน่าผิดหวังอย่างแน่นอน เพลงไม่ดีอาหารทั่วไปและตัวเลือกเครื่องดื่มต่ํากว่าค่าเฉลี่ย ไฮไลท์คือ อาหารเช้าและพนักงานสุภาพ พักที่นี่ถ้าคุณได้ข้อเสนอดีๆ

As expected place is clean and easily accessible

Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply.... Hotel was good and reception staff also good, Needs to improve in the future... I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel. Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start. Too much renovation ongoing including painting too Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut Rooms was very good,

It's really the mountain courtyard, we loved our stay there, checkin process was smoot, staff was very humble and helpful, especially they have great chefs, and breakfast has so-man options and all are awesome, don't forget to have jucie, cheese omlete, we loved our stay, ordering food from rooms is bit expensive, suggestion to management to provide some magnetic stickers to customers with their logo, since it looks good. Thank you for your hospitality, and i really like to visit again in future with my family

The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff　were very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout. Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.
