it was a good experience in south gate residency. The room was neat. And the AC was perfectly working without any technical issues. Also, the main advantage of booking that hotel is they accepting food delivery in their hotel, and when we ordered the food, we don't have disposable plates with us. They provided me the plates for us. I treated this as a good customer service when we have any issue or we have any confused situations, they help us with a good intention.

Hotel location is extremely good, though limited choice of break fast enjoyed food and food is hygiene is tasty. All staff are very friendly and helpful. An excellent stay for a family.

Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience.
