Decent digs, but not without quirks. Squeaky clean and lively, plus a stone's throw from Taka & Macs! Breakfast is a delight, with 5 (yes, 5!) types of OJ and a DIY ”happy meal” with ice cream. 🍱🍔🍟
Power sockets aplenty and adorable hangers make for added charm… exceptional onsen facility, perfect for ultimate relaxation!
Sadly, the service left much to be desired—>think chatty staff with little patience, and lifts slower than a snail's pace… this one takes the cake for lift lethargy…the stairs are off-limits, so patience is not only a virtue but an absolute necessity. lol
The hotel is very new and clean inside.
It’s conveniently located near AEON, and the parking area is spacious.
There are many restaurants around and two large supermarkets nearby.
I stayed here for three nights during my business trip in the area.
The front desk staff were friendly, but I wish they had given clearer instructions about the elevator, laundry, breakfast, and public bath.
If you come to Imabari for business or sightseeing, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

WwwhosambirThe staff at the front desk were efficient, though they came across as cold and reserved. The room was disappointing, with run-of-the-mill furniture/furnishings and a creaky chair. The lights were too dim. There was no view as the lower half of the window was blocked by a wall. On the other hand, the bathroom looked quite elegant and was kept clean.
The location is great. There are plenty of dining & shopping options nearby. The hotel has a shopping mall on the lower floors and is next to Mitsukoshi Department Store and Okaido Shopping Street. The Okaido Tram Stop is down the street. The bus stop for the airport limousine is right in front of Mitsukoshi. Attractions such as Bansuiso, Saka no Ue no Kumo Museum and the cable car to Matsuyama Castle are all within walking distance.
EEugeneJYHighly recommended for solo or couple. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, they can speak english and also taught me abit Japanese words. Convenient location for nearby ammenties (by bicycle) like family mart (24hr), bakery, bathhouse, restaurants. I do not mind staying for longer nights but unfortunately I had to leave early to catch the express bus at Imabari for Fukuyama station as I reserved my Shinkansen tickets too early by mistake.
Note: You can checkout anytime. It gets very dark early around 5.40pm, and there is not much lighting around the streets so be careful when cycling.
ผผู้เข้าพักHotel has some distance from the main Dogo mall but it has shuttle bus running every 10 mins from 3-10. Hotel itself is very clean and most of the staff were so friendly and carried traditional Japanese good manner.
My room is Japanese style and I love it. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was abundant, delicious and presented nicely. The staff named Itsuki Deguchi who took care my check in and dining service did a good job worthy to receive compliments.
Onsen was clean and very nice.
Will stay again next time
