I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

รู้สึกเหมือนได้พักผ่อนในรีสอร์ทจริงๆ! ล็อบบี้โรงแรมเปิดโล่งสบาย! แถมยังมีชายามบ่ายให้บริการอีกด้วย ห้องพักสวยงาม วิวจากระเบียงและล็อบบี้ก็สวยงามและผ่อนคลายสุดๆ ชายหาดก็เดินไปไม่ไกล ผ่านทางสระว่ายน้ำ แถมยังมีสนามเด็กเล่นเล็กๆ ให้เด็กๆ ชอบมาก! ดีใจที่เลือกโรงแรมนี้ และอยากกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

Очень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

ในทริปกับคุณแม่ เราได้เดินทางจากโฮจิมินห์มาพักที่นี่หนึ่งคืน เราจองรถบัสของบริษัท Hanh Cafe ผ่าน 12Go ในราคาประมาณ 1,300 เยน แม้จะเป็นการเดินทางประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง แต่ก็สะดวกสบายมากด้วยรถนอนแบบส่วนตัว และทางคนขับก็เรียกเราลงหน้าโรงแรมพอดี พอมาถึง พบว่าแขกส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนเวียดนาม และมีการถ่ายรูปกันเต็มไปหมดทุกมุม พนักงานที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้มีไม่มากนัก ทำให้การสื่อสารค่อนข้างลำบากไปบ้าง แต่ทุกคนก็ใจดีและเป็นมิตร ที่ฟรอนต์แจ้งว่าถ้าจะติดต่อจากห้องให้ใช้ WhatsApp เพราะในห้องไม่มีโทรศัพท์ แต่เราไม่มีบัญชี WhatsApp และไม่สามารถหาเบอร์โทรศัพท์เพื่อสมัครได้ จึงค่อนข้างติดขัด สุดท้ายก็เลยต้องเดินมาที่ฟรอนต์เองหากมีเรื่องด่วน คิดว่าถ้ามีช่องทางการติดต่ออื่น ๆ เช่น Messenger รองรับด้วย ก็น่าจะสะดวกกว่านี้ เราได้เข้าพักในห้อง Deluxe Ocean View ซึ่งห้องนี้สวยงามมากจริง ๆ มีวิวทะเลกว้างใหญ่ทอดยาวอยู่ตรงหน้า และยังมีจอโปรเจคเตอร์ที่เลื่อนลงมาจากฝั่งประตูให้เราดู Netflix หรือ YouTube ได้ด้วย ดังนั้นตอนกลางคืน เราจึงปิดม่านทั้งหมดและเพลิดเพลินกับการแช่อ่างอาบน้ำที่อยู่หน้าเตียง อาหารเย็นที่ห้องอาหารมีให้เลือก 2 เซ็ต ซึ่งทั้งสองเซ็ตเป็นเมนูอาหารทะเลที่จัดเต็มมาในจานใหญ่ อลังการมาก อาหารทั้งหมดถูกเสิร์ฟมาพร้อมกันตั้งแต่แรก ทำให้เราสองคนกินไม่หมด เหลือเกือบครึ่งเลยทีเดียว ถึงอย่างนั้น ราคา 9,000 เยนสำหรับสองคนก็ถือว่าไม่แพง และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการได้นั่งทานอาหารเย็นอย่างเงียบสงบตรงหน้าหาดที่มีพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก แต่ตอนที่ทานอาหารเย็น มีหนูวิ่งไปมาให้เห็นตรงหน้า ซึ่งคุณแม่ก็กรี๊ดเสียงดังและดูไม่ค่อยสบายใจนักค่ะ 😅 ตอนเช้าก็มีแมลงคล้ายตะขาบเข้ามาในห้องพัก ซึ่งอาจทำให้คนรักความสะอาดตกใจได้บ้าง แต่เราคิดว่านี่เป็นเรื่องปกติสำหรับโรงแรมที่อยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ สิ่งที่เราชอบที่สุดในการเข้าพักครั้งนี้คือช่วงเช้าที่ชายหาด เราสามารถเดินจากห้องพักลงไปยังชายหาดได้เลย ทำให้ได้นั่งชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นอย่างสบายใจ พร้อมกับเก็บเปลือกหอยและวาดรูป โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นการเข้าพักที่เราได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก ขอขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนมากค่ะ! ป.ล. ต้องขอโทษด้วยนะคะที่ทำแก้วค็อกเทลแตก 😅

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมดีมาก การบริการดีมาก เต็มไปด้วยสไตล์รีสอร์ท และมีเวลาน้ำชายามบ่ายและช็อคโกแลต ฉันพักสามคืน มันเป็นวันหยุดที่ผ่อนคลาย สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียงและไม่เหมาะกับการเที่ยวชม อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพถือว่าดีมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม ทำเลที่ตั้งไม่เหมาะ อยู่ไกลจากมุยเน่ การเช่ารถจากโฮจิมินห์มีค่าใช้จ่าย 600 หยวนต่อเที่ยว เป็นการยากที่จะเรียกแท็กซี่ไปมุยเน่ และไม่มี Grab หรือบริการขนส่งสาธารณะ

มีร้านอาหารทะเลชื่อดังอยู่ติดกัน ทำให้สะดวกในการรับประทานอาหาร เราทานที่นั่นสองครั้ง อาหารเช้าธรรมดามาก อาจเป็นเพราะผู้เข้าพักน้อย ทำให้มีตัวเลือกจำกัด และบางอย่างก็หมดหากเราไปทานช้า ห้องพักสำหรับครอบครัวเล็กกว่าในรูปภาพมาก ไม่มีแม้แต่ที่ว่างสำหรับกระเป๋าเดินทาง มีตู้เสื้อผ้าเพียงตู้เดียวและพื้นที่นั่งเล่นน้อยมาก ระเบียงกว้าง แต่เฟอร์นิเจอร์และการตกแต่งค่อนข้างล้าสมัย กระจกในห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำค่อนข้างโปร่งแสงและไม่กันเสียง

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

โรงแรมใหม่ บรรยากาศดีเลยครับ แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเล็กและทำเลค่อนข้างไกล ส่วนใหญ่แขกจะเป็นคนเกาหลีครับ พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ภาษาจีนไม่ค่อยได้เรื่องความสะอาด: ทำได้ค่อนข้างดีเลยครับข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคืออาหารเช้าสำหรับเด็กค่อนข้างแพง คนละ 350k สองคนจ่ายไป 700k นี่มันเกินไปหน่อยแล้วครับ!

โรงแรมนี้ดีมาก อยู่ใกล้ทะเล สามารถเห็นทะเลได้ใกล้ชิดสไตล์รีสอร์ทมาก วิวสวย อาหารเช้าไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ต์ สามารถสั่งอาหารหลักและเครื่องดื่มได้พักห้องวิวและรอบๆ สะดวกมาก มีร้านอาหารทะเลตลอดทาง

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
