Meu quarto não tinha toalhas adequadas e em número inferior ao necessário. Meu quarto foi invadido por um estranho às 2hs da manhã, o invasor, ao ser flagrado, disse que lhe haviam dado a chave errada, o que duvido, pois é tudo eletronico, a comunicação com a portaria para denunciar o fato não existiu, pois ninguém atendeu a ligação. Entrei em contato com o serviço 24hs, depois de 6 minutos de espera, a ligação foi cortada. Numa segunda tentativa, a ligação caiu num outro hotel da rede que nada pode dizer. Pela manhã, na recepção do Cecontur, não permitiram que eu falasse com o gerente, apenas disseram que foi um engano. Vou registrar ocorrência policial e tomar as providências cabíveis.

Ótima experiência de hospedagem, pra minha família que iria somente utilizar o hotel para dormir por 2 dias foi perfeito. Ótimo café da manhã e funcionários muito educados.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento excelente e tudo muito limpo. Os quartos são pequenos mas é excelente para quem está de viagem de negocios.

Em relação a última vez que ficamos nesse hotel, a comida estava pior, tanto o jantar, como o café da manhã.

The location is very good but most of the people who work there do not speak the English language. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the sauna and lobby area where you can rest. Breakfast is fine, but dinner can be better. We came to check in the area while it was extremely cold outside and we stood in front of the checking desk, I felt cold air coming from the ceiling AC and we felt even worse. There is a fan inside the elevator which I personally do not like during cold weather, but generally speaking the hotel is good. I came to this hotel with my girlfriend and I got out single so I do not recommend it for couples

The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price
