ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel was fantastic, especially because of the wonderful receptionist team. The hospitality and the way the staff treated us were truly exceptional. At the reception, an African gentleman who spoke English fluently assisted me with checking into my room. He truly deserves recognition. He greeted me warmly, attended to my needs thoughtfully, and interacted with me as if we had known each other for years.

Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

ผผู้เข้าพักEnjoyed my stay, very friendly staff . Only comment is the breakfast place was a bit small so people literally had to wait to be seated. Yet the staff has been very attentive to the issue and bringing coffee and food while I was waiting outside. Would come back if I visit Doha again

ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรม Park Hyatt Doha ที่ฉันพักในครั้งนี้อยู่ใกล้กับตลาดวากิฟ เดินทางไปพิพิธภัณฑ์อิสลามและพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งชาติได้สะดวกมาก ต้องบอกเลยว่าระบบขนส่งสาธารณะในประเทศที่ร่ำรวยนั้นครบครันและสะดวกมากเช่นกัน บัตรโดยสารราคา 12 หยวนสำหรับการเดินทางหนึ่งวันฟรี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในโรงแรมครบครันและหรูหรา เมื่อเทียบกับ ”บรรยากาศทางประวัติศาสตร์” ของโรงแรมอิสตันบูลแล้ว โรงแรม Park Hyatt Doha มีบรรยากาศที่ทันสมัย อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย และถึงแม้ว่าพนักงานบริการส่วนใหญ่จะมาจากอินเดียและแอฟริกา แต่คุณภาพโดยรวมก็ถือว่าดีเยี่ยม ดังคำกล่าวที่ว่า สภาพแวดล้อมเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้คน คุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนำ

AAndrew Workฉันมาถึงแต่เช้ามาก และทีมงานกะกลางคืนก็ดูแลฉันเป็นอย่างดี พวกเขาพาฉันไปทานอาหารเช้าที่ห้องอาหารชั้น G/F และเตรียมห้องไว้สำหรับการเช็คอินเช้ามากก่อนที่ฉันจะทานอาหารเช้าเสร็จ! อาเหม็ดทำงานอย่างหนักและคอยดูแลว่าฉันสบายดีหรือไม่

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

All essential amenities are available, including a restaurant, bar, café, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services.
The food at the open buffet is decent, with a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The hotel’s location is excellent—close to many popular attractions in Qatar. However, the views from the hotel are just average

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อBranding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!
