ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อAll the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable, especially it’s also child friendly. Their pool staff are very attentive too. Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel was fantastic, especially because of the wonderful receptionist team. The hospitality and the way the staff treated us were truly exceptional. At the reception, an African gentleman who spoke English fluently assisted me with checking into my room. He truly deserves recognition. He greeted me warmly, attended to my needs thoughtfully, and interacted with me as if we had known each other for years.

VVino JohnWe had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday

ผผู้เข้าพักEnjoyed my stay, very friendly staff . Only comment is the breakfast place was a bit small so people literally had to wait to be seated. Yet the staff has been very attentive to the issue and bringing coffee and food while I was waiting outside. Would come back if I visit Doha again

EEmily Rose LThe Intercontinental is a good choice for consistency in a few ways: great amenities, beds, and choice at breakfast. This is my third stay with this brand and in Doha I found the same. Our room was comfortable and clean, we really liked the local plus Western breakfast choices, especially the cheeses, and we met kind service members. The location is okay for a trip to the airport mall or a walk along the Corniche street and the rooftop pool was nice. We’d like to thank the lifeguard Don for lending my husband a pair of swim trunks! We found staff available to help before we could even ask, each time. Thank you!

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

LLuiz Mattos 2591The hotel instalations are in fair condition, but some little problems have got to be resolved. The shower, keeps changing the temperature of the water, goes from cold to extremely hot constantly, so you have to get in and out of the shower so you don't get almost burn or frozen. They do provide a safe on the room, but you cannot set your own combination, they have one fixed combination for each room, and it won't change regarding whos in the room. That means if the room is occupied for one person today, the combination will be the same for everyone occupying that room. It's fixed and very easy to be spread for the whole hotel staff. The person attending us at checkout, I wouldn't say rude, but not very pleasant to deal with. The mattress was very soft, it caused us some back pain. The breakfat is very oriented to a specific ethnicity. You have not other options if you does not belong to that ethnicity. But, anyway, besides all still a very good option for a quick and affordable stay.
