VVino JohnWe had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

At the reception, an African gentleman who spoke English fluently assisted me with checking into my room. He truly deserves recognition. He greeted me warmly, attended to my needs thoughtfully, and interacted with me as if we had known each other for years.

ผผู้เข้าพักIt’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful.
Will choose another hotel next time.

MMohammed AlmansoorWhen checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien City Center, Doha and overall it was a very positive experience. The hotel combines modern luxury with a great location right in West Bay — just steps away from City Center Mall, metro, and the Corniche, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
📍 Location:
• Excellent central location with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport.
• No direct indoor access to the mall — you walk across to the entrance, but it’s only a short walk.
🛏 Rooms & Comfort:
• Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with great views of the city or the Gulf.
• Spacious layouts and well-appointed interiors help you relax after a long day.
👨💼 Service & Staff:
• Staff are professional, friendly, and willing to help — many guests specifically praised the service.
• Check-in and overall guest relations were smooth and attentive.
🍽 Dining:
• Breakfast buffet generally gets good feedback for variety and quality.
• A range of restaurants in the hotel offer good international and French-inspired cuisine.
🛁 Facilities & Amenities:
• Nice selection of facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centre, spa, and meeting spaces.

EEmily Rose LThe Intercontinental is a good choice for consistency in a few ways: great amenities, beds, and choice at breakfast. This is my third stay with this brand and in Doha I found the same. Our room was comfortable and clean, we really liked the local plus Western breakfast choices, especially the cheeses, and we met kind service members. The location is okay for a trip to the airport mall or a walk along the Corniche street and the rooftop pool was nice. We’d like to thank the lifeguard Don for lending my husband a pair of swim trunks! We found staff available to help before we could even ask, each time. Thank you!

ผผู้เข้าพักGod quality hotel. I would say it was 5* more 4.5*. Good facilities. Breakfast felt a bit cramped and tables were left in cleared until the end of service. Would be much better if they had more staff. Good food choices and well cooked. Bedroom nice a spacious, windows small but great view if you have a sea room. They upgraded me for my birthday which was nice. Staff were really polite but would need to be prompted. Bonus is they have the a private beach and complimentary water and towels. The staff that took my bags were 10/10 and even opened the door for any car I went in and out of.
