VVino JohnWe had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! ผผู้เข้าพักIt’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful.
Will choose another hotel next time.

Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

MMohammed AlmansoorWhen checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

ผผู้เข้าพักGod quality hotel. I would say it was 5* more 4.5*. Good facilities. Breakfast felt a bit cramped and tables were left in cleared until the end of service. Would be much better if they had more staff. Good food choices and well cooked. Bedroom nice a spacious, windows small but great view if you have a sea room. They upgraded me for my birthday which was nice. Staff were really polite but would need to be prompted. Bonus is they have the a private beach and complimentary water and towels. The staff that took my bags were 10/10 and even opened the door for any car I went in and out of.

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.
