ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays. The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children. All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number. We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.

VVino JohnWe had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

ผผู้เข้าพักAesthetically it is an absolute Gorgeous Hotel! Super clean, housekeeping are superb! Accomodation and service is exceptional! We had a wonderful stay. There is a shopping Mall called Lagoona Mall right next door to the hotel that carries high end brands like Chanel. Special Thanks to Mrs. Aya and Mrs. Wejdan at front desk. They are amazing and extremely helpful. Wejdan prepared a wonderful surprise for my daughter's occasion a very sweet and memorable gesture, and Mrs. Aya was very courteous to extend our check-out to accomodate our late flight. The Ladies Elegant Hair Salon are Experts! My daughter styled her hair outside the Hotel it frizzed in 20 minutes we re-did her hair at the Mondrian Hotel and the Lebanese Stylist did an outstanding Job see photo! A Special Thanks to Mr. Abdullah whom helped arrange an Uber car for me and was very courteous to help pay for it when I did not have local currency. Everything in this Hotel was amazing! Breakfast was high quality culinary. Josh was creative with the eggs, all the breakfast Team were attentive to our requests and greeted us with a warm welcome each morning. We stayed one week they actually memorized our pattern and prepared our table in advance we were very flattered by this personable gesture, Thank you! We are definitely returning, Thank You To all the staff and the wonderful surprise that welcomed Us in our room our first night. We truly value you all for this very memorable experience at the Mondrian doha. It does not get better than the Mondrian doha I promise just look at our personal photos!! Mondrian Doha is just DIFFERENT! I am in LOVE with this Hotel! It's beauty doesn't do it Justice!

ผผู้เข้าพักIt’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful.
Will choose another hotel next time.

SSafiZService at reception was a top level, I’m so grateful for warm welcome and for everything.we had great welcome drink and super smooth checkup.
Location is amazing, few mins aways from everywhere you need to go. Have Chinese restaurant on 24 floor. Great view from hotel . Our son loved the pool, great that it was tented and we could enjoy it even through the hit.
Only one thing which should be improved I think it’s the main restaurant. Hotel is selling breakfast + pool daily access so it’s super crowded and chaotic at main restaurant like a train station , the second day we were looking for table for 5 mins , which was not pleasant . Just having breakfast at main restaurant was tiring and stressful. I would suggest to don’t book breakfast and go to JW or Rotana hotel, which are like 100 m away.
But besides that everything was perfect, it’s a great value for the money. Thank you so much .

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently stayed at City Centre Rotana Jeddah and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay throughout.
The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a great blend of comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the well-stocked minibar and spacious bathroom with quality amenities.
One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The service at the restaurant was impeccable, with staff always on hand to assist and ensure guests were well taken care of.
The hotel’s location is also ideal — centrally located in Jeddah, it provides easy access to major shopping areas, business districts, and cultural attractions. Despite its prime location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Facilities such as the fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings.
Overall, I highly recommend City Centre Rotana Jeddah for both business and leisure travelers. The combination of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service truly made my stay memorable.

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.
