Everything was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect spot if you wanted to take a good rest at the midst of your trip with 5 star service and facilities. However, the hotel is quite far away from the city center, takes an average of 40 mins. It will be a perfect hotel if you drive by yourself

ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Atocha ขยายไปทุกทิศทาง ห้องพักสะอาด  เป็นระเบียบ แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าคุณสามารถอัพเกรดห้องที่ใหญ่ขึ้นได้หากเพิ่มเงินเล็กน้อย แต่ห้องมีเสียงดังกว่าถนน แชมพู ยาสีฟันก็คุณภาพสูงมาก แรงดันน้ําเพียงพอ แผนกต้อนรับสุภาพมาก และอาหารเช้าก็ดี แบรนด์ Hardrock รับประกัน แปลกที่จะมีไฟฟ้าไม่เพียงพอของอาคารจะจํากัดและเครื่องลดน้ําขึ้นเครื่องไม่สามารถทํางานได้แต่มันไม่ใหญ่สําหรับเรา

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับรถไฟใต้ดินทำให้การคมนาคมสะดวก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีหลากหลายเมนูโดยเฉพาะผลไม้หลากหลายและรสชาติอร่อย ห้องพักในโรงแรมใหญ่กว่าที่คาดไว้ ซึ่งดี และกันเสียงได้ดี ดังนั้นเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกจึงน้อยมาก นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมยังตั้งอยู่นอกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใจกลางกรุงมาดริดเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ถือว่าโอเคเพราะสามารถเดินถึงได้

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

อาหารเช้าดีจริง ๆ และทําเล น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมเหนื่อยไปหน่อย ห้องพักโอเค (แม้ว่าพื้นจะไม่เรียบ) เตียงแย่มากฉันต้องนอนบนพื้นเพราะเรามาถึงช้ามากเราคิดว่าเตียงทั้งหมดเหมือนกันดังนั้นสิ่งที่จะพูด ในความเป็นจริงที่แผนกต้อนรับเราได้รับแจ้งว่าพวกเขาเป็น แต่เราพบว่ามันไม่ใช่กรณีในวันถัดไป เตียงหนึ่งมีโค้งเล็ก ๆ บนที่นอนและอีกเตียงที่สปริงจะติดอยู่บนร่างกายของคุณ

I booked this hotel because it was “close” to the airport… however you cannot walk to the hotel, and the shuttle information from the airport to the hotel was not correct and I couldn’t find the bus, so I had to taxi to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, but it could be served a bit earlier since most people stay at the hotel to get a flight out the next morning. The shuttle to the airport at 7:15am was great, comfortable and on time! The rooms walls are very thin though and you can hear even in the corridors and next to you 🙈 It was a decent bed to sleep on though and a great shower.

Mixed experience. Hotel was interestingly designed with very helpful reception staff. They observed me showing up with crutches and offered a room with a walk-in shower. It ended up still being impossible to shower safely, so they brought a shower wheelchair which unfortunately couldn't fit into the (very narrow) shower area. The staff were very helpful and warm. However; the room lacked ample charging points, it was difficult to control the lights, it didn't have any tea or coffee.. It was very underwhelming considering the price and its five star rating.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

We as a family 2+1 (4 yrs old) missed nothing. Good rooms for the price, sufficiently equipped kitchen for 1-2 nights. I liked the vending machines where you can get coffee, water or a sandwich. If you need more there is a Shell petrol station 5 min away by walk or a huge mall (Plenilunio) with a Mercadona supermarket and many food spots. Good option for transit passengers travelling via Barajas airport in Madrid, better option than some run-down places in the Barajas district next to the airport IMO, although it would be great to have some kind of airport transfer organized by the hotel for an extra fee. If there is one, I was not informed by any means. There is no real direct connection from/to the airport. From the airport cost us 15 EUR with Uber. To the airport it was 8 EUR. Remark/what can be done better: Cafeteria personel did not understand a basic order in English for ”black tea”. I mean this was absolutely not a sophisticated order.

ฉันคิดว่ามันค่อนข้างดีนะ เดินไปสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินเบโกญาประมาณ 15 นาที และบริเวณโดยรอบเป็นย่านที่อยู่อาศัยที่เงียบสงบ นอกจากกลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำและการที่ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดแล้ว ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไรใหญ่ๆ สำหรับราคานี้ในมาดริด ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก
