I really like the location of the hotel.It's very friendly very near to the main attractions of the city. I like the food which is available there in the drinks that are freshly made and served. The hotel rooms are very clean and it is all well maintained. There's always someone available at the reception. It is like 24 hours availability. For any person, so in case of anything, you can just go in, check with them

ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Atocha ขยายไปทุกทิศทาง ห้องพักสะอาด  เป็นระเบียบ แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าคุณสามารถอัพเกรดห้องที่ใหญ่ขึ้นได้หากเพิ่มเงินเล็กน้อย แต่ห้องมีเสียงดังกว่าถนน แชมพู ยาสีฟันก็คุณภาพสูงมาก แรงดันน้ําเพียงพอ แผนกต้อนรับสุภาพมาก และอาหารเช้าก็ดี แบรนด์ Hardrock รับประกัน แปลกที่จะมีไฟฟ้าไม่เพียงพอของอาคารจะจํากัดและเครื่องลดน้ําขึ้นเครื่องไม่สามารถทํางานได้แต่มันไม่ใหญ่สําหรับเรา

O hotel é ótimo, excelente garagem gratuita, o que é muito dificil em Madrid.Nosso voo era à noite e foi-nos permitido deixar o carro no estacionamento mesmo depois do check-out. Muito bom! Pequena caminhada até o metrô e um ótimo centro de compras. Café da manhã excelente, hall grande, agradável e bonito. Não utilizamos as instalações externas porque estava frio, mas há um agradável pátio.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับรถไฟใต้ดินทำให้การคมนาคมสะดวก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีหลากหลายเมนูโดยเฉพาะผลไม้หลากหลายและรสชาติอร่อย ห้องพักในโรงแรมใหญ่กว่าที่คาดไว้ ซึ่งดี และกันเสียงได้ดี ดังนั้นเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกจึงน้อยมาก นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมยังตั้งอยู่นอกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใจกลางกรุงมาดริดเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ถือว่าโอเคเพราะสามารถเดินถึงได้

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

Albergo vicino stazione treni molto comodo. Servizio ottimo. Staff gentilissimo. Visto il checkout molto presto ci hanno preparato colazione super abbondante pic nic.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจาก Barnabéu เพียงไม่กี่นาที โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากรถบัสสาย 147 เพียงครึ่งชั่วโมง เดินไปทางแกรนด์เวย์ได้ 1 ชั่วโมง ร้านกาแฟของโรงแรมดีมาก เป็นกันเอง มีคาปูชิโน่ที่แนะนํามาก

ห้องที่เราได้นั้นขาดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน เช่น เครื่องชงกาแฟ ชา หรือเครื่องดื่มร้อนใดๆ และไม่มีเสื้อคลุมหรือรองเท้าแตะด้วย เราต้องขอเอง ทางโรงแรมได้จองห้องประชุมไว้แล้ว ดังนั้นพวกเขาจึงยุติการรับประทานอาหารเช้าในเวลา 10.30 น. แทนที่จะเป็น 11.00 น. ซึ่งทำให้เราไม่มีอาหารเช้า และพวกเขาไม่พยายามชดเชยให้แม้แต่กาแฟด้วยซ้ำ หอสังเกตการณ์ปิดให้บริการแขกตลอดช่วงเวลาที่เราอยู่ที่นั่นเนื่องจากมีการประชุม มีเสียงดังเกินไปจากถนนสายหลักที่ลอดเข้ามาในห้อง และแม้แต่แขกคนอื่นที่ปิดประตูก็ยังได้ยินดังในห้อง ฉันคิดว่าโรงแรมเน้นเรื่องสุนทรียศาสตร์มากเกินไปและเน้นเรื่องการใช้งานน้อยเกินไป ในแง่ของบริการแล้ว ในความคิดของฉันแล้ว ไม่ใช่โรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว เราไม่ได้มีเวลาที่ดี ซึ่งน่าเสียดายเพราะเป็นช่วงฮันนีมูนของเรา อีกเรื่องหนึ่งที่โรงแรมล้มเหลวในการยอมรับแม้ว่าจะได้รับการกล่าวถึงไปแล้วก็ตาม

We booked a quad room with 2 kids, which came with a bunk bed. It’s got to be the smallest quad room that we’ve stayed in a 4* hotel. It was ok for a quick overnight stay with an early flight. Complimentary shuttle was fast and convenient. For the price, I would expect a much bigger room even by European standards.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.
