Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

Wonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

TPoor & Discriminatory Shuttle Service – Avoid Relying on It! Terrible experience with Meliá Madrid Barajas free shuttle on 11 Feb 2026. Driver ignored T1 stop outbound (only Spanish announcement), forced us to T4 unnecessarily. Evening return at T1: Showed room key, bus had plenty empty seats, but driver refused us & told to go T4. Airline crew boarded no problem. Stuck in pouring rain → paid outrageous €22 taxi. Complained to front desk – no response or apology after weeks. Website says shuttle stops at T1/T2/T4, but drivers decide otherwise. Felt unwelcome & discriminated against. Extremely disappointing for a 4-star airport hotel. Urge management to fix policies, train staff properly, and respond to complaints. Do NOT depend on this shuttle!

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

Отель великолепен,но до реконструкции в номерах было тише.Теперь в номер ведет не звукоизолирующая дверь (виден свет под дверью из коридора),когда гости в коридоре разговаривают,либо когда катят багаж или тележки сервисных служб,то в номере их слышно.Это единственный существенный недостаток отеля.

ห้องพักเรียบร้อยแต่ไม่สะอาดแม้ว่าเราจะพัก 4 คืน แต่ดูเหมือนว่าพวกเขาไม่เคยกวาดพื้นฝุ่นบนพื้นและฝุ่นจากผ้าเช็ดตัวที่บินได้.. สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือเพราะมีรถรับส่งจากสนามบินและแผนกต้อนรับดีมาก Juan ขอบคุณครับ

ทําเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้กับพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ Prado, Tensen และ Queen Sophia และสะดวกมากที่จะไปและกลับจากสถานีรถไฟไปยังเมืองอื่น ๆ ในสเปน ห้องพักมีความวิจิตรกว่าที่แสดงอย่างเป็นทางการเล็กน้อยและพื้นที่ก็ใหญ่ โรงแรมมาดริดค่อนข้างประหยัดเมื่อเทียบกับเมืองอื่นๆ และโดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่น่าพอใจ มีรายการร้านอาหารแนะนํารอบๆ ในห้อง อย่าลืมรวมคะแนนบน google map เราเชื่อโรงแรมมากเกินไปที่จะเหยียบฟ้าร้อง
