ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel is very centrally located, it is very walkable to different spots in Madrid. I was traveling solo and its very solo friendly and they have a very well equipped gym. The hotel also has a good restaurant. My room is small but it has all i need as a solo traveler !

SShra124I really like the location of the hotel.It's very friendly very near to the main attractions of the city. I like the food which is available there in the drinks that are freshly made and served. The hotel rooms are very clean and it is all well maintained. There's always someone available at the reception. It is like 24 hours availability. For any person, so in case of anything, you can just go in, check with them

JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled.
The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness.
Concierge service was good.
All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests!
I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this.
While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

Kkowlooneastทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Atocha ขยายไปทุกทิศทาง ห้องพักสะอาด  เป็นระเบียบ แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าคุณสามารถอัพเกรดห้องที่ใหญ่ขึ้นได้หากเพิ่มเงินเล็กน้อย แต่ห้องมีเสียงดังกว่าถนน แชมพู ยาสีฟันก็คุณภาพสูงมาก แรงดันน้ําเพียงพอ แผนกต้อนรับสุภาพมาก และอาหารเช้าก็ดี แบรนด์ Hardrock รับประกัน แปลกที่จะมีไฟฟ้าไม่เพียงพอของอาคารจะจํากัดและเครื่องลดน้ําขึ้นเครื่องไม่สามารถทํางานได้แต่มันไม่ใหญ่สําหรับเรา

AAngela e José LuizO hotel é ótimo, excelente garagem gratuita, o que é muito dificil em Madrid.Nosso voo era à noite e foi-nos permitido deixar o carro no estacionamento mesmo depois do check-out. Muito bom! Pequena caminhada até o metrô e um ótimo centro de compras. Café da manhã excelente, hall grande, agradável e bonito. Não utilizamos as instalações externas porque estava frio, mas há um agradável pátio.

นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมยังตั้งอยู่นอกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใจกลางกรุงมาดริดเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ถือว่าโอเคเพราะสามารถเดินถึงได้

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.

ผผู้เข้าพักLove the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

TTonda au JaponI don’t understand why when I pay over 150€ for the night I cannot get a free bottle of water. How much does it cost? 15 cents?
Yet I still gotta pay 2€ from the mini bar.
This is not in line with the standing of the hotel.
Except from this, great staff and kind attitude towards guests. Nice room and convenient location between Madrid centre and airport.
