Perfect location for everything we walked everywhere as the main attractions and bazaars were within 5 mins walking. Left was Hagia Sofia. Palace etc, right were bazaars...straight down was the sea. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast had everything I liked and more. The view from the top was amazing; you could see all across Istanbul. Our room was very clean, and we even had soothing music in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch. I gave 4 stars for amenities because although the hotel has a spa, I was really hoping for a hammam experience and unfortunately it was mixed. If they offered an hour or even part of the day for ladies only, this hotel would be an absolute winner. One small downside was that our taxi couldn’t drop us off or pick us up directly outside the hotel, so we had to walk about 3 minutes. That said, the area felt very safe we walked out at 10pm as two women and felt completely comfortable. There’s even a police station right opposite the hotel! Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

พอใจมาก ทางโรงแรมก็ส่งไวน์ให้ด้วย โรงแรมสามารถมองเห็นมัสยิดที่สวยที่สุดตรงข้าม การเดินทางที่สมบูรณ์แบบ! ทัศนคติของพนักงานบริการก็ดีมาก แนะนําจริงๆ เกือบจะกลับโรงแรมที่อื่นมาพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีจริงๆ แต่ถ้ามีกระเป๋าเดินทางอาจจะลําบากหน่อยที่จะขึ้นเนิน แต่ฉันพอใจกับบริการการตกแต่งและสุขอนามัยของโรงแรมมาก และราคาก็สูงมาก!

หลังจากกลับจากปามุคคาเล เราพักที่อิสตันบูลสามคืน โดยเลือกโรงแรมนี้ในย่านเมืองเก่า ล็อบบี้ซึ่งสามารถเข้าถึงได้ด้วยบันได ให้ความรู้สึกถึงความโอ่อ่าและหรูหราในอดีต แม้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจะเก่าแต่ก็ใช้งานได้ดี ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กแต่สะดวกสบาย และเตียงแม้จะไม่กว้างแต่ก็น่าพึงพอใจ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายและครบครัน ตั้งอยู่ในย่านเมืองเก่า ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินและอยู่ติดกับรถไฟฟ้ารางเบา ทำให้สะดวกมากสำหรับนักเดินทางอิสระอย่างเรา ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือพนักงานโรงแรมให้ความอบอุ่นและเป็นมิตรอย่างเหลือเชื่อ เราขอขอบคุณบุคคลต่อไปนี้เป็นพิเศษที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือเรา: สุภาพบุรุษที่นำกระเป๋าสัมภาระของเรามาที่ห้องพักเวลา 10:30 น. ของวันที่ 17, รูโม หญิงสาวที่ให้บริการอย่างอบอุ่นและเอาใจใส่ในห้องอาหาร, มายา ผู้ดูแลห้อง 4220 ของเราให้สะอาดและสะดวกสบายทุกวัน และพนักงานหญิงประจำล็อบบี้คาเฟ่ที่กรุณาถ่ายรูปให้เรา พวกคุณทุกคนช่วยเติมเต็มเสน่ห์ให้กับโรงแรมเก่าแห่งนี้ได้อย่างแท้จริง และเราขอแสดงความขอบคุณอย่างจริงใจ!

The hotel is decent, though I’d say it’s a 3-star property rather than a 5-star one. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast at all. The rooms are spacious; we booked a family suite and were told it included two large beds and two small ones, but we were disappointed to find only one large bed and two small ones. As for the reception staff, some were helpful while others were not—they lacked a friendly demeanor.

This team is truly the heart of the hotel — their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication created a warm and inviting atmosphere we won’t forget. My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . Upon arrival we received a room facing the main street. We could not sleep well because of the noise of the cars, but the next day the room was replaced with a quieter one. Thanks to the understanding staff. Everything was good, but the room's bathroom is old and needs maintenance and updating.

Hotel is on a great location. Amazing cafe and restaurants by walking distance and few tourists spots on walking discuss the rest by public transport very easy to commute. Hotel had a great vintage vibe with amazing staff working always smiling and their eager to provide customer service is exceptional. Guest relationship officer his name was saif who helped me throughout my stay and guided us marvellously which made our trip smooth and the way he talks with respectful tone I was amazed. Thanks saif and thanks everyone working day and nights
