The Perfect Blend of Ease and Energy Location & Setting Zeytinburnu might not be the first name that comes to mind when travelers think of Istanbul, yet this area surprised me. It’s strategically positioned close enough to reach Sultanahmet and Taksim with ease, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. The hotel itself feels like an oasis of calm within the city’s heartbeat. Step outside, and you’re minutes from transportation links, local eateries, and the Marmara coastline. Design & Comfort The moment you step into your room, you sense Hilton’s signature attention to detail—simple, modern, and purposeful. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed—everything you could want in a luxury hotel setting. What truly made our stay special, however, were the thoughtful touches provided by housekeeping. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, addressing our needs promptly and anticipate them before they arose. One of the standout features of our stay was how well The Ritz-Carlton catered to families—specifically for our young daughter. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the array of toys and activities available for children, which kept her entertained and happy throughout our visit. The kids playroom was excellent. We spent almost 1hrs playing there. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes making family stays as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we deeply appreciated their efforts. Our time at The Ritz-Carlton was a combination of luxury, comfort, and attentive service that made it feel like a true home away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

An Experience Worth Remembering Location & Access Situated in the heart of the city’s historic core, this hotel makes exploration effortless. From here, it’s just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and several key transport links. The setting feels authentic and lively; ideal for guests who want proximity without sacrificing comfort. Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards. Service & Staff The staff are the heartbeat of this property. Every interaction, from check-in to checkout, reflected professionalism anchored in genuine warmth. They anticipated needs before being asked, making the experience feel personal rather than procedural. This consistency across teams’ front desk, dining, and housekeeping speaks volumes about the culture of service within the hotel. Dining Experience Breakfast was both indulgent and efficient. The buffet selection was diverse, featuring beautifully presented dishes that catered to both international and local palates. Facilities & Ambience Public areas were spotless and aesthetically cohesive. The fitness and spa areas were well-maintained, creating a serene environment ideal for unwinding after long days in the city. The lounge and lobby were comfortable enough to double as workspaces, a feature that frequent travelers will appreciate. The One Minor Quirk I noticed some early-morning noise, mostly the seagulls, a distant metro vibration, and a faint scratchy sound around 6 a.m. While this didn’t detract from the overall stay, it’s worth noting for lighter sleepers. It’s a subtle reminder that even in the most refined settings, Istanbul’s energy has its own morning rhythm. Final Thoughts What defines the Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Old City isn’t just its luxury—it’s the consistency of experience. Every aspect feels considered and intentional. ผผู้เข้าพักHotel staffs are super polite and friendly. They’ve offered us tea and coffee due to a delay during check in even though it was just for a short time. Later we asked some print outs for my daughter’s homework and they helped us without charging any additional fee. Our room was a bit noisy and they helped us to change to a quieter room immediately. I chose this hotel due to close proximity to airport. There’s also a restaurant just next to hotel if you prefer to try kebabs at cheaper prices compared to downtown. They also serve breakfast. Hotel also offers a wide selection of options for meals at reasonable prices. However, I haven’t tried the food due to poor ventilation at restaurant area. Maybe they just cleaned and there was detergent smell which is unhealthy to breathe in.

AArtemit was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
