Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel fell significantly short of our expectations. Initially booking a triple room due to our young child, we encountered multiple challenges upon arrival. Heavy rain had caused a flood in our allocated room, resulting in a lack of electricity. This prompted several room changes, disrupting our stay, including an early morning request to vacate a room, which was particularly difficult with a child. Despite our repeated requests for a triple room, suitable alternatives were not provided, forcing us into an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. Additionally, while the location was convenient, navigating the steep inclines with a stroller was extremely challenging. Promised breakfast provisions for our child were consistently overlooked, and basic amenities like milk and an extra blanket were repeatedly denied. Furthermore, the actual room conditions were a stark contrast to the images advertised, with cramped spaces and a malfunctioning TV. Despite our efforts to escalate these issues to the owners, regrettably, no action was taken. This lack of response compounded our disappointment, ultimately impacting the quality of our holiday. We earnestly implore a thorough investigation into these matters to ensure a fair resolution.
My arrival at this hotel was spontaneous. Without booking, reservation and prepayment. Despite this, the hotel management welcomed me cordially. At the front desk, they helped me resolve issues that were not even related to the direct stay at the hotel. I was settled in a perfectly clean, well-groomed, comfortable room, which had everything you need for a temporary stay. I lived in room 204 of the hotel on the second floor. The room has a double bed, a private bathroom with the necessary set of hygiene products. Fresh bed linen, towels, slippers, quality mattress, pillows. Refrigerator, electric kettle, tea, coffee available. The hotel is located within walking distance from the city center. Transport interchanges, currency exchange offices, large markets, medical facilities nearby. Impressed by the hotel staff. All staff, regardless of their position, are as welcoming, friendly, and caring as possible. During the three days of my stay at the hotel, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the team, I felt like in a family circle. At the reception, they speak English fluently and help to sort out all the questions of interest related to the trip. Room cleaners are tactful and diligent. Communications, plumbing equipment, electrical equipment worked flawlessly. During my stay at the Nupera Hotel, I did not have a single problem. Recommend.

We arrived at the hotel unsure what to expect due to the lack of / mixture of reviews. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just off istikal street down balık sokak, it is in the middle of a ' hill ' but it's not a bad one at all, we had a pushchair and a guest with bad knees and both found it fine. We didn't find noise an issue and were on the 1st floor facing the street/entry way. The entrance to the hotel was clean and pleasant enough, the day receptionist was friendly and helpful. We didn't have any dealings with the evening staff but he always smiled and said good evening as we entered. Prior to our visit my husband called the hotel to ask for rooms close together ( we had 2 booked ), and to ask about transfers, whoever he spoke to at the time was helpful. We used transfers booked through the hotel both ways as the price was very fair - they didn't bring a car seat as requested either times which was disappointing, but we managed and this wasn't the fault of the hotel as he did ask them to bring one ( we heard him ask ). The rooms were nice, fairly spacious, equipped with a TV, fridge ( more like a cooler but it worked well ), safe & kettle with teas/coffee and bottles of water ( extra were on charge which is fair ). They were clean enough all though I would say they could have taken a bit more care with the cleanliness and with the room finishings as there was minor things like dust on the floor by the bed, and holes in the bed sheet , also wasn't enough towels for the number of guests staying ( we had 1 for 3 persons ) however this was soon rectified by simply asking. The bins and towels were changed daily. Note that theres a lift which makes all floors accessible, we didn't know this. For families theirs also a microwave in the lobby which can be used ( we used to warm our little girls milk ). The hotel offers breakfast but we didn't book it so can't comment on that. There is also a spa, on arrival we were told the hamam and sauna is free ( this may change ) but that anything else was on charge - however we didn't use the spa so comment on it. Not the best hotel we've stayed in, but we were happy with it and it did the job. We'd stay again if we were to visit again. For the price and being a budget city hotel it was nice enough. I'd recommend it if you're not looking for something extrovogant.
