"The service from Mehmet at the front desk was wonderful and the gentleman that helped us get transport to the airport was wonderful but with no air-conditioning working in our room which when we asked for someone to fix it while we went out to explore for 4 hours, only to come back and their solution was to open a window, which in fact made it almost 28 degrees in our room! So I asked the again if they could sort it but still no help, in the end I said please move us to another room with cooling or we will need to find another hotel, so they did on a lower floor and finally it was cool, so we put some cold drinks we’d purchased on our walk earlier in the fridge, later that day we got them out and they were hot, turns out in the new room the fudge was broken, so they said they’d get us a bucket of ice, which they did, after a few hours we asked if they were going to get the fridge sorted and they said oh is the ice not cold, we said that’s melted and we are here for a couple of days. So they eventually got us a change over fridge. When they came to change over the fridge one of the security panels on the door fell off, as did the light switch panel near our bed. Saving grace was the food/ breakfast and pool. Oh I forgot we went to the restaurant for dinner and my husband ordered a specialty chipotle burger for dinner and they waiter brought us a cheese burger and said here the chipotle is going to take a bit longer so I’ll give you a cheese burger instead, I’ve never been to a place that decides they will give you what they want lol It’s was very odd."

"Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and constantly asked if we had any requests. They arranged a car for our airport transfer before we arrived and provided us with valuable information about the city. The rooms were brand new, well-maintained, clean, and functional. We usually stay in hotels quite often, but the hotel staff here were very polite and helpful. Thank you for this excellent service."

"Overall it was a good experience food especially was from another universe delicious and definitely with the upgrade, on the other hand the tv didn’t work told two admins about it got the same response (we’ll fix it tomorrow) that’s not to major tho we don’t know Turkish and wouldn’t understand it anyway, the most unexpected was Tahoe humid the bathroom was for some reason the walls were hot and it was significantly hotter and more humid in there overall as a said a pleasant experience"

"The location is not excellent, but it’s not bad either. The room is unfortunately very small, and the bed is small as well. The balcony is nice, but it makes you feel a bit uneasy due to the old condition of the building. The reception staff are very friendly and extremely helpful."

"The hotel overall is ok. The roof top terrace is nice However, room service is disappointing. We booked a room for 3 persons. But everything in the room only provide for 2 persons, except an extra bed was provided. Shampoo conditioner and body lotion were not filled up properly. What was the worst, our bed was 6 feets wide, but there was an extra 5 feets mattress laid on top of the 6 feets mattress, I don't know why, as a result, it came out a step on one side of the bed. I had report to the room service staff. They said they would fix it properly for me. However, the situation was the same for the next 2 days."
