The front desk is very efficient in handling my check-in and check-out. Room is very neat. The washroom is super clean. Bed is well made and very comfortable

The property is a no frills but distinct with a homely feel & lot of greenery. Room was clean and all services worked well. Best for long stays. Only drawback is a bit interior and not walking distance to nearby markets etc. Located in a good residential area with plenty of greenery & walking areas. Food is made to order & did not try it out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well. My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

Old hotel who needs renovation. The towels look old and overused. The floor doesn't look clean plus toilet was stained . Shower did not look clean. These infrastructural lacking were outset by the Staff of LA Woods hotel. They were so professional and attentive to the needs of guests. Special Mention to Mr SAM who went above to help, he is very fluent in English and interacting with him make things easier. Also Mr Swaram(Forgot his name), helped me to pack my Luggage. If you are a Solo Traveler you can stay at LA Woods hotel but if you are traveling with family choose another hotel.

Excellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus. The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying. Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.

Check in was disorganised and there was confusion with food orders, room service and such. Chennai roads are congested and traffic is bad and the location of this hotel is off the main areas which can be both good or bad . Good since you’re away from the traffic, bad because you will have to pay more to get around

Location, good, amenities, average, rooms, cleanliness, bath etc, good, coffee shop only for breakfast, average, the quality, spread, and taste need improvement, no lunch or dinner possible or available. However for the price you get value.

โรงแรมเวสทินตั้งอยู่ในทำเลทองในเมืองเจนไนและอยู่ใกล้กับสถานที่สำคัญๆ เช่น พิพิธภัณฑ์มาก พื้นที่ของโรงแรมมีรูปลักษณ์แบบเก่าและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ที่มีการตกแต่งที่น่าสนใจมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีพื้นที่ให้ปรับปรุงอีกมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางและเตียงก็ดูสะอาด ห้องน้ำควรได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ โดยเฉพาะการเปลี่ยนฝาตู้เสื้อผ้า โดยรวมแล้วให้ 3 จาก 5 คะแนน
