Excellent hospitality provided by the hotel, starting from the front desk, Ms Regina team, Breakfast team Mr Selva and Housekeeping team Mr Dhilip. Please keep up the good service. Surely will recommend this premises to others.

Pros: The hotel offers a tasty breakfast, well-maintained and clean rooms, and a convenient location. Cons: This hotel feels more geared toward business travelers than families. Some amenities that are typically complimentary at other hotels come with additional charges here. For instance, we requested an early check-in just two hours ahead of the standard time, but it wasn’t offered without a fee. Basic toiletries were also limited — only a dental kit, a very small bottle of shampoo, and a small bar of soap were provided — and guests had to specifically request anything additional. In my view, essentials should be made available proactively, especially depending on the type of guest. Additionally, only a few staff members appeared genuinely enthusiastic about attending to guests, which affected the overall experience. Overall, this hotel may be better suited for business travelers whose expenses are covered by their companies. For families or individual travelers paying out of pocket, it may not offer the best value. Since I am not a person who would like to bargain for chargeables (that are free in other hotels) or keep calling front desk for items not provided, I did not feel particularly welcomed during my stay. So, I would go back to this hotel for its pros but, would consider an alternative that are more flexible in what they offer.

Very good experience in terms of neatness, service & food. Good toilets, regular house keeping and a decent spread. Will definitely recommend to business travellers and families as well.

good services and location. silent atmosphere good food and variety of breakfast. the only problem was that in online booking it is shown smoking is allowed where in it is a non smoking property. should change it becomes difficult for smokers

one of horrible experence where room is not provided with fqcility to keep dress hangers no almira. drinking water s being charged extra. no network so internet phone are not working.
