"It’s so silly to book an apartment and you start disturbing the occupant with calls about their guests even when I clearly explained these people were just visiting and won’t be sleeping over ,only the allowed number of people would be in the flat overnight and this wasn’t even midnight yet.They even went as far as sending security to stand outside the door. I had a female friend come out of the door to him and that scared her. Worst experience in brum since I’ve been , never booking again."
