"Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort."

"Отель очень понравился, для отдыхающих в возрасте, без детей. Еда отличная в ресторане, есть с чем сравнить, мы были еще в одном отеле тоже 4 звезды. На Пасху был вкусный ужин, и креветки жареные и кальмары, рыба в кляре. Есть анимация, персонал старается. Небольшой минус это пляж, до глубины в море нужно идти метров 50. Но когда дойдешь, это просто сказка, вода чистая, цвет красивенный. Очень достойный вариант за свои деньги!"

"I have booked this trip for myself with my two girls. I would definitely recommend this resort. The location, service, I have no complaints. While booking this trip through trip.com, I selected 12 years for my younger daughter and two adults. I was supposed to pay 48 dollars at property for my child, surprisingly the reception asked me to pay some huge amount which is around 170 dollars, saying they will consider my daughter as an adult, as she is 12 years 3 months, we were tired, hungry, after travelling 5 hours by road, had to fight a lot for this, at last the manager considered and I paid the due amount only. If 12/13 years is considered as an adult, why trip is giving the option to select child till 17 years of age? Or I am not sure this is a trick of the hotel to earn more money? I want to make sure before booking with this website again. I always book through ***********, never experienced such an issue."

"We spentz 10 days at Al Kasr and it was one of  the bestmm vacations we ever had. The resort is brand new and right on the sandy beach, with plenty of sunbeds and beach bars that serve food and drinks throughout the day. The hotel has several beautiful pools with many bars and again plenty of relaxing sunbeds; we never had any trouble finding a spot.  The main restaurant Flavours has elaborate buffets with seperate Indian and Asian corners, a Turkish grill, pasta bar, fresh seafood and many pastries. The service was everything you would expect and we were very happy with the wide selection of food.  We enjoyed a diverse selection of cocktails in the two bars in the main building, and the one in the lobby was open 24 hrs.  There was live entertainment every night and we had fresh sandwiches at the Vienna bar almost every afternoon. The Turkish snackbar also deserves a special mention: shawarma, pita’s, lachmacun were all top notch. Unfortunately we do not remember everyone’s name that helped us out, but special thanks must go to the great manager Mr Nader Ibrahim. He was excellent and upgraded us when we had some issues with our suite. The wonderful villa we stayed in was spacious, fully stocked and had a nice private pool plus room service and personal house keeping. Again, many thanks, Mr Ibrahim. The kind and professional restaurant manager Mr Ashraf took so good care of us in all the restaurants, including the fine Sushi/Tappanyaki place we had dinner our last night. Ashraf made our stay better every day, I can’t thank him enough. The lovely Ms Wasila took perfect care of the food and beverages room service to our villa and she was great as well - she provided grand breakfast every morning and cold bottles of wine every evening. Thank you, Wasila! To Martin, Mahmoud, Eslam and all the other waitors and bar personell: we hope to see you soon. Shukran, Ashar and Khady"

"Отель соответствует твёрдой 4*. Зоны общего пользования отремонтированы, а номер уставший. Кондиционер не работает на тепло. Обслуживание номеров понравилось, персонал старается. Еда и напитки супер. Много персонала в ресторане. Без внимания не останешься. Обслуживание в лобби баре понравилось. Отзывчивые бармены. Развлекательная программа умеренная. Приглашают на растяжку, йогу, аквааэробику. Отказы принимают спокойно. По вечерам живая музыка и тематические мероприятия. Есть персонал, говорящий на русском языке. Но я, в основном, практиковала свой английский. Местоположение хорошее. В море вход нормальный. Есть остров, за котором рифы и можно заниматься снорклингом. Рыбок всяких много. Если бы не ветер в начале марта и +15° ночью, то все было бы просто супер."
