"При заселении на ресепш сидят ребята, адекватные, все делают быстро, не тупят, что конечно же радует. Приехав в отель в 16:00 мой лист брони уже был распечатан и я потратил время только на подпись и скан паспорта, выдали ключ, проводили. В номерах кстати небыло волос, как это обычно бывает кругом во всех отелях Египта, убрано весьма хорошо, даже на балконе небыло пыли или песка, тоже радует. В холодильнике лежало две бутылки воды. Из небольших минусов, постельное белье - синтетика, не очень приятно спать в синтетики."

"The hotel is great value for money, the rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful, the pool is great. The food is mediocre I would say, there are a lot of varities but it doesn't have the best taste. Also for the theatre area, there is no non-smoking section so it's hard for families to find a convenient place to sit. Overall I liked my stay there."

"We travelled as a family of four, and our stay at SUNRISE Le Jardin exceeded every expectation. The hotel delivered excellence in all areas: food, service, cleanliness, activities, pools, and the beach. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovation work, we barely noticed anything. The entire experience felt seamless. The staff truly stood out. Every team member greeted us with a smile, was helpful, polite, and consistently professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a big difference, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. Our children absolutely loved it. We have travelled to many countries, but this hotel in Hurghada clearly stands out when it comes to service level, activities, and the number of pools and facilities available. The beach was large and clean, the pools and waterpark offered plenty of variety and capacity, and everything felt safe and family-friendly. It is a place that perfectly suits small children, teenagers, and adults alike. Our room was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel impressed us especially with its day- and evening activities for both children and adults. There was always something fun to do, and the variation ensured that every day felt different. We will definitely return. In fact, we were already discussing our next trip before we even got back home. Our children truly did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation. The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads. We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services. Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage. The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request. There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic. The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos. There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco. Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return."

В номерах и зонах общего пользования - безупречная чистота. Сам номер (у нас был делюкс) - очень просторный, с хорошим ремонтом и постоянной горячей водой. Често говоря, не поверили своим глазам, когда заселились. Номер по уровню обустройства не хуже пятизвездочного сетевого отеля. Завтраки тоже хорошие - не слишком разнообразные, но очень вкусные и свежие. Особенно понравилось пюре! Плюс отеля - недалеко аэропорт, поэтому недалеко добираться перед вылетом."

"Sunrise 集團其下的酒店，地理位置方便，離機場同Go bus站都近。住客以白人居多，亞洲人比例極少，懂英語的整體溝通沒大礙，習慣左個vibe同其他住客傾計，飲酒完全沒問題。各個員工都很有禮貌，主動上前幫忙。特別稱讚Lobby bar 幾位小哥服務都很好 酒店定位是For成人，沒有小孩。餐廳以白人飯自助餐為主，有aleka’s menu 的餐廳需要提早一日預約，建議check in 後就去guest service 訂。試了Greek 同亞洲餐廳，雞/牛肉普遍偏全熟，應該是地道口味習慣。酒店內有多間bar，泳池，沙灘，Chilling 一流。房間比其他全包酒店略小，但簡單，乾淨，整潔。 所有出海體驗，沙漠沖沙等活動經酒店訂就會貴一陪以上（所有酒店同旅行社都會mark up)，唔想煩可以搵酒店訂，或自己私下格價。 同坐游遊輪類似，酒店內所有吃喝玩樂全包，算是不錯的體驗"

"Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony. Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools. The only negative I would mention is our room on the top floor was next to the elevator and it was quite loud. We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts. Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt. They said they cant let anyone in who is not with the hotel but will provide us a car with driver to the fromt gate. (Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care. Seemed like once you checked out and filled the review for them on reception, you dont matter anymore. We had to walk out with all our stuff to the front gates. Up until then our stay was amazing, but this last 15 minutes left a bad taste in our mouth."
