AAhmed AguibWe had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout.
The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy.
We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out.
We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay.

I only stayed in Hurghada for two days, and unfortunately my first day didn’t go well because I had booked the wrong hotel. After leaving that place and arriving here, I instantly realized I had finally made the right choice. Even though I spent only two days at this resort, I left wishing I had booked a much longer stay.
All the staff members were genuinely kind and attentive. The food selection was extensive with plenty of delicious options. The beachfront, the swimming pool, and the overall resort atmosphere were wonderful. After my check-out, my flight wasn’t until midnight, yet the hotel kindly allowed me to continue using the resort facilities— and even encouraged me to enjoy the dinner buffet. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference.
During my trip across Egypt, I stayed at 4–5 different hotels, and this one was by far the best. Another big advantage was that the staff could speak both German and English, which made things so much easier. I’d like to give special thanks to receptionist Mina Khalil, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay.
There’s only one thing I believe could be improved: Even though it’s 2025, the in-room internet was available only for an extra fee. At a hotel of this quality, fast and complimentary internet in the rooms should definitely be standard.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is ideal, and the view from the room is absolutely incredible, truly enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast was very good, varied, and enjoyable each morning, making it a great way to start the day in a pleasant setting.
As for areas for improvement, some of the shower and WC facilities could benefit from a refresh. In certain places, there is visible rust and occasionally some drainage odors. This slightly contrasts with the expected standard, although these points remain minor compared to the overall quality of the stay.
What truly makes the difference in this hotel is the team and their remarkable professionalism.
A special thank you to Rawan Gasser at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent command of her role. It is truly refreshing to see a woman in a position of responsibility, managing it with such confidence, elegance, and efficiency.
Thank you as well to Hossam Hassan at the front desk for his warm welcome, availability, and consistent professionalism.
At the restaurant, Ahmed Abd El Fattah deserves special mention for his kindness, attentiveness, and the quality of his service, which made every visit even more enjoyable.
A sincere thank you also to Ali Ahmed, whose meticulous and dedicated work ensured that the rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and immaculate throughout our stay.
The entire team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional, to the point that the small shortcomings mentioned above are quickly forgotten.
I truly had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return for a future stay.

MMarawanWe stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room.
Positives:
- The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.
- The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing.
- The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations.
Negatives:
- The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow.
- The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained.
- The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level.
- Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible
- There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in.
Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

ผผู้เข้าพักPOUR LES FRANÇAIS .Dans la salle de sport les appareils comme les vélo et un des tapis sont délabré mais le matériel de musculation même ancien et top .la chambre les joints du bas des douches sont noir dans les coins par contre le reste et top pour le prix j'ai payé 50 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner et dîner tres bonne emplacement en face du mac do même ci je vais pas dans cette endroit la piscine au top l entretien du gazon magnifique la proximité de tout dans l hôtel très bien la plage super mieux que le Hilton les spectacles tous les soirs sur le podium le petit déjeuner bien la dîné par contre les desserts c'est un flop par contre les salades très bien et le barbecue magnifique personnelle a l écoute même ci il comprennent rien au français une piscine a par au p'tit déjeuner c'est magnifique sur la plage énormément d activités et ça c'est vraiment top chaque pingpong volé dance concours AQU gym Champ spectacle déguisement. lancé de hache. Pour le prix que j'ai payé 50 euros la nuit plus petit déjeuner plus dîner je recommande par contre il et préférable a Hurgada de prendre Just le petit déjeuner car la midi vous êtes en activité et le soir au restaurant comme le BOSKA ect.....

ZZeynepiHisham was incredibly helpful and really made our stay feel like a 5-star experience. The rooms, pools, and beaches are lovely, but the people are what truly make this hotel special. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only small downside for me was that some of the food, especially the desserts, tasted a bit bland, but there are plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
