We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy. We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

整個埃及之旅最滿意的酒店，同時也是早餐最豐富最好吃的酒店，早餐有各式各樣的麪包，咖啡，鮮榨果汁，熱食，還有麪餃子壽司這些。房間很大，陽台可以看到部分海景。酒店的沙灘躺椅位置充足，離浮潛的棧橋走路過去很近，棧橋浮潛很美，酒店報的出海浮潛也很美。沒有遇到歧視的情況，遇到的所有工作人員都很友好，主動詢問體驗好不好。整體性價比拉滿，下次來還會住這家。

Harika Bir Konaklama – A Stay That Turned My Trip Around – Ein Aufenthalt, der meinen Urlaub gerettet hat I only stayed in Hurghada for two days, and unfortunately my first day didn’t go well because I had booked the wrong hotel. After leaving that place and arriving here, I instantly realized I had finally made the right choice. Even though I spent only two days at this resort, I left wishing I had booked a much longer stay. All the staff members were genuinely kind and attentive. The food selection was extensive with plenty of delicious options. The beachfront, the swimming pool, and the overall resort atmosphere were wonderful. After my check-out, my flight wasn’t until midnight, yet the hotel kindly allowed me to continue using the resort facilities— and even encouraged me to enjoy the dinner buffet. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference. During my trip across Egypt, I stayed at 4–5 different hotels, and this one was by far the best. Another big advantage was that the staff could speak both German and English, which made things so much easier. I’d like to give special thanks to receptionist Mina Khalil, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. There’s only one thing I believe could be improved: Even though it’s 2025, the in-room internet was available only for an extra fee. At a hotel of this quality, fast and complimentary internet in the rooms should definitely be standard. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

O resort é incrível, estivemos durante 3 dias hospedados e foi uma ótima experiência, a estrutura do hotel é excelente, tem praia privativa, piscinas aquecidas, show noturno todo dia, vôlei, e muito mais... A limpeza é ótima, muito capricho e cuidado, a comida é deliciosa e todos os colaboradores foram muito educados e dispostos a te deixar o mais confortável possível! Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar neste resort. 🙂

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel, and overall I had a really good experience. The food was alright—definitely better than what I’ve had in all-inclusive hotels in Turkey or Tunisia. There was a wide variety of dishes, including lots of tasty options, cakes, tea, coffee (which was actually good), cocktails, and decent beer. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite and always willing to help—you can ask them anything and they’ll do their best. A special mention goes to Ahmed, the kitchen chef, who is an incredibly kind person. He really stood out, and I’d give an extra star just for him. The resort overall is not as busy as many other places in the area, which I really liked. It’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, with a simple, nice look—white buildings with brown windows, just like in the photos. It’s not a big aqua park-style resort, but honestly that was a plus for me, as I could relax without too many kids around. The beach is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. There are comfortable beds with shades/umbrellas around, so you can always find a good spot. The hotel has three swimming pools—the one next to the main restaurant is very large and usually empty, as most people stay at the smaller pool or by the beach. The sea water was a bit cold for my preference, but it’s beautifully clear and very clean. Many people really enjoy it, especially for snorkeling—there are amazing snorkeling spots right next to the resort. Rooms are cleaned every day, and you get two bottles of water per room daily, which is a nice touch. There are also plenty of activities: you can play tennis (though they only have one set of rackets), mini golf is included in the stay, and there’s a gym which is usually empty. There are snacks available by the pools and the beach, and a bar in the main restaurant. Outside the hotel, taxis are easy to find either at the lobby or on the street. Just make sure to agree on the price beforehand, or use the inDrive app—it’s usually cheaper than Uber or Careem, and you agree on the price upfront. There are a few shops nearby as well. If you need medication, it’s better to order from Self Care Pharmacy (you can find them on Facebook). For example, I ordered Antinal and rehydration salts with delivery for only 250 Egyptian pounds. They can deliver pretty much anything you need, and it’s much cheaper than buying inside the resort—definitely good to be prepared for emergencies. Overall, it’s a clean, more peaceful hotel with good service, plenty of food options, and lots to do. A great place to relax and enjoy the Red Sea.

POUR LES FRANÇAIS .Dans la salle de sport les appareils comme les vélo et un des tapis sont délabré mais le matériel de musculation même ancien et top .la chambre les joints du bas des douches sont noir dans les coins par contre le reste et top pour le prix j'ai payé 50 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner et dîner tres bonne emplacement en face du mac do même ci je vais pas dans cette endroit la piscine au top l entretien du gazon magnifique la proximité de tout dans l hôtel très bien la plage super mieux que le Hilton les spectacles tous les soirs sur le podium le petit déjeuner bien la dîné par contre les desserts c'est un flop par contre les salades très bien et le barbecue magnifique personnelle a l écoute même ci il comprennent rien au français une piscine a par au p'tit déjeuner c'est magnifique sur la plage énormément d activités et ça c'est vraiment top chaque pingpong volé dance concours AQU gym Champ spectacle déguisement. lancé de hache. Pour le prix que j'ai payé 50 euros la nuit plus petit déjeuner plus dîner je recommande par contre il et préférable a Hurgada de prendre Just le petit déjeuner car la midi vous êtes en activité et le soir au restaurant comme le BOSKA ect.....
