We tried the three restaurants: breakfast is just perfect, the beach restaurant is waaaaw food and view, the Nihon restaurant too, the Japanese food was so good and the view was amazing too. "My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Everything was organized, comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. That being said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue was the food. While meals were available during the scheduled breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours, the variety was quite limited, especially at the breakfast and dinner buffets. The food options did not change much, and we found the selection in the other restaurants to be limited as well. In addition, snack options were only available until a certain time in the evening, and after that there was very little available for guests who wanted something to eat later at night. One evening, we tried to order food late at night and were informed that there was no room service at all. Since the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, it would be helpful to have some late-night dining option available, even if it comes with an additional charge. Currently, guests who get hungry late in the evening have very limited choices. Another concern was the swimming pools. The water was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy swimming. Considering the weather and occasional wind, slightly heating the pools would make a significant difference, as many guests may find the water too cold to use comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, and excellent location. With improvements to the food variety, late-night dining options, and pool temperature, the experience would be even better."

"Grand Resort hurghada Location, Good Location but I thought #private beach means the resort itself is direct on the beach but the fact is that he have access to the sister hotel across a small Road Staff: 10/10 , helpful & polite Restaurants : 2 main restaurants for whom reservation is on an ”all inclusive basis” , wide variety of food - no seafood, fresh bread & gluten free bread - u can advise the front office if I need special meals Fresh fruits and good variety of food The MAHRAJA restaurant have small corner of healthy food Swimming pools are nice - a kid pool , a Max. 95cm pool & approximately a 150cm pool The Rooms : big rooms but not new , the A/C is not working good - avoid the 5th floor because it is direct to the Sun specially in the Summer , the WiFi in the rooms is Bad The lifts are not always working good As a total evaluation 4/5 Avoid the last floor - even u can write to the hotel as a Request before arrival Don't depend on the hotel WiFi, buy a tourist SIM card"

"Fabulous stay half board stay. Kids loved it! The bathroom was spacious with dressing, cupboards and drawers. The room was on a smaller scale for 2 adults and 2 children. One child shared the bed with adults, while the other had a sofa turned into bed with sheets provided (not a standard sofa bed) so could only accommodate one child."

"Hotel was absolutely unbelievable!! The hotel was absolutely stunning! Lovely, exceptionally clean, modern, beautiful scenery! All of the bar and waiting staff were 5* with their service! Always smiling and going above and beyond with their service!!! All day and all night 100000%/10!!!! Our cleaner was amazing we were room 2110! Always did something new with our room and always was lovely and always was welcoming and bubbly!! The food was really good! I have to say one of the best all Inclusive hotels I’ve eaten in! I’ve worked in these hotels and it was waaay better !!! We are in the Chinese restaurant! All I have to say is WOW! The service, to the table, the waiters, the manager, the food!! Absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my Birthday to make it super special! Will definitely be returning to this hotel 😍🤩"
