เดือนสิงหาคมนี้เราได้เข้าพักที่ Borgo Conce Resort เป็นครั้งที่สอง เราเคยไปพักที่นั่นเมื่อสองปีก่อนและเนื่องจากเราชอบมากคราวที่แล้วเราตัดสินใจไปที่นั่นอีกครั้ง เริ่มจากกับe positive ต้องบอกว่า ภูมิทัศน์รอบๆ รีสอร์ท น่าทึ่งมาก... วิวก็สุดยอดอย่างแท้จริง & คุณสามารถไปเดินเล่นที่นั่นได้ ตัวอาคารก็สวยมาก & ดูดีมากจากภายนอกและด้านใน โดยเฉพาะตอนกลางคืนบรรยากาศกับเปิดไฟทุกดวงน่ารักดีค่ะ มาถึงพนักงานเราพูดอะไรไม่ได้เลย ติดลบ กันเองทุกคนเลยค่ะ ณ จุดนี้ขอพูดถึงน้องพนักงานเสิร์ฟเป็นพิเศษ สุภาพ และน่ารักสุดๆ ค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมากๆ ค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมากๆ ค่ะ บริเวณสปาก็สวยจริงๆ ด้วยค่ะ มีสิ่งเล็กๆ เดียวที่เราเห็นแขกหลายท่านผิดหวังนิดหน่อยเกี่ยวกับ... คืออุณหภูมิของสระว่ายน้ํา ไม่รู้ว่าอุ่นได้ไหมแต่มันแค่เย็นเกินไป แทบไม่มีใครเข้าไปข้างในเลย าใช้บริการสปาได้ แต่ covidwise คุณสามารถจอง slot เพียง 1 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งเข้าใจได้อย่างลงตัว ถึงแม้ เราทานอาหารสองครั้งในร้านอาหารของรีสอร์ท ... มันก็เหมือนกับครั้งสุดท้ายที่เราเคยมีดีอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าเป็นอาหารที่ดีที่สุดที่เราเคยทานในอิตาลี อีกทั้งอาหารที่สร้างสรรค์มาก! คําชมเชยในนั้น! ตอนนี้สิ่งที่ทําให้ข้าพเจ้าเสียใจจริงๆ ก็คือคืนสุดท้ายของเราที่รีสอร์ท เราจ่ายเพิ่มเพื่อห้องพักที่ดีกว่านี้ ได้ห้องดีลักซ์จูเนียร์สูท มองเห็นวิวสระน้ํา แต่เราไม่ได้แจ้งว่าจะมีงานแต่งงานเกิดขึ้น ค่อนข้างมั่นใจว่าเราจะเลือกวันที่อื่นไปอิตาลีได้ ถ้ารู้แค่ว่า... มันก็ไม่มีอะไรแต่การพักผ่อน เสียงดัง(เสียงเพลงดังมาก)ที่มาจากห้องจัดงานแต่งงานที่อยู่ด้านล่างห้องเรา เสียงดังเกินไป เราไม่ใช่คนนอนเบาๆ แต่มันไม่ดีเลย ยุติธรรมเลย ทุกอย่างหยุดตอนตีสอง เราต้องลุกตอน 6 โมง ;) ตอนนี้รู้แล้วว่าที่นี่ยังเป็นสถานที่จัดงานและคุณทําเงินด้วยนี่ แต่อาจจะจัดแบบนี้ให้ต่างกันนิดนึงและอาจจะไม่แจกห้องพักที่อยู่เหนือโถงเวลามีงาน? หรือบางทีก็ให้คนรู้และให้ส่วนลดสําหรับคืนนั้นได้ไหม พอเราไปพักได้ไวน์มาขวดนึง ซึ่งดีจริงๆ & พนักงานต้อนรับ (?) บอกเราว่าเค้าเสียใจจริงๆ ขอบคุณสําหรับนั้น! :) ยังไงเราก็หลงรักที่นี่จริงๆ เป็นรีสอร์ทที่เราชื่นชอบมากแห่งหนึ่งเลยทีเดียวและขอแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพียงแต่มีห้องพักที่ควรปรับปรุงอยู่เสมอใช่มั้ย ;)

Hotel magnifico...un vero quattro stelle. Di quattro stelle è anche la mia valutazione. Premettendo che raramente do il massimo, ho un piccolo appunto. Dovete permettere al cliente di modificare, direttamente dalla propria camera, il termostato dell'aria condizionata. Inoltre, per essere un quattro stelle, non ho trovato le ciabatte in dotazione. Niente da dire sulla pulizia: impeccabile. Il servizio è stato ottimo, perché mi ha risolto immediatamente il problema del calore e colazione intercontinentale, con prodotti di prima qualità e di piccola pasticceria fatti in casa. Non eccessivamente caro per quello che offre. Camera molto spaziosa. Arriverà anche la quinta stella di valutazione con qualche piccolo accorgimento! ;)

Ottima esperienza...nonostante sia lo stile di un Business Hotel mi sono trovato molto bene. Staff gentile e molto disponibile...colazione ottima...camere pulite...parcheggio ampio. Hanno anche una piccola sala fitness che trovo molto utile. Bravi :)
