Best beds in Madrid ! The rooms are super cozy and comfortable; this is a classic in Madrid , understated luxury. Great for long stays , work or leisure.

We had to upgrade room to a family suite on spot because we have two young children (4 and 6 years old) very expensive for what it is

My stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the vibrant city, allowing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.

Muito bom hotel super bem localizado. Serviço de estacionamento é pena não ter acesso direto do parque ao hotel mas os simpáticos vallets funcionam muito bem em ir buscar os carros prontamente. Pena não haver piscina, parece que o hotel já tem uns anos e não há espaço para essa infra estrutura. Atendimento do staff dos quartos e do pequeno almoço muito simpáticos, na receção já os achei mais frios. Cama do quarto muito confortável.

酒店整體雖老式卻乾淨整潔充滿温馨和聖誕節氣氛，前台、大堂的工作人員接待熱情友好，房間帶露台早上晚上都能可觀馬德里市區在日出日落下的美麗景色，樓層服務員態度極好，有時錯過打掃時間，她把小車放在房間門旁可自取水和用品，想得周到服務到位。在酒店附近逛商貿區大型超市也很方便。下次光臨再住此酒店！

Хороший, спокойный отель. В пешей доступности от исторического центра (40-45 минут). Отличный бар, вечером можно приятно провести время, официанты и бармен очень приветливы и обходительны. От/до аэропорта 25-30 минут, очень удобно.

地理位置不錯，周圍環境清靜漂亮，離太陽門廣場等主要景點步行30分鐘，英格列斯10分鐘，球場20分鐘。如果不看球來旅行的話其實可以住更靠近太陽門或者大王宮的，會更方便。酒店很大，但是門頭比較小，大堂也不算大，裝修比較質樸古典。房間大小適中，不過給我的房間沒有景觀，窗子是對着牆的。早餐就比較一般了中規中矩沒什麼吃的，水果種類也比較一般。不過這個價位可能不算馬德里特別豪華的酒店，下次準備嘗試別家了。

此行主要去伯納烏球場參觀以及看球賽，這裏離球場衹需要兩個地鐵站非常方便。酒店雖然看起來有一定年份，但勝在整潔安靜，服務人員都非常友善親切，在洲際的這幾晚是整個西班牙行程中睡得最好的幾晚
