All the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable, especially it’s also child friendly. Their pool staff are very attentive too. Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! This has been our 4th stay at this premises and as always, the stay was excellent in general. Check-in was a little delayed due us arriving a little earlier but as the hotel reception is quite spacious, we had no issue lazing on a sofa with some Arabic coffee and dates. Check-in staff were very pleasant, a big change to our last stay but that may have been a one of. Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow and really good A/C that kept a good temp. When we checked in, our hotel towels were frayed on the edges and that got changed to nicer ones. Amenities in the room was good quality, however we only got a small bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to request for more every day. Location was excellent. Short walk to the souk which is excellent to walk around and lots of eating places. All in all, even with the minor setbacks, the stay, facilities, location and hotel itself was excellent. I would come back to it again on my next visit to Doha.

It’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Will choose another hotel next time.

When checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

God quality hotel. I would say it was 5* more 4.5*. Good facilities. Breakfast felt a bit cramped and tables were left in cleared until the end of service. Would be much better if they had more staff. Good food choices and well cooked. Bedroom nice a spacious, windows small but great view if you have a sea room. They upgraded me for my birthday which was nice. Staff were really polite but would need to be prompted. Bonus is they have the a private beach and complimentary water and towels. The staff that took my bags were 10/10 and even opened the door for any car I went in and out of.
