Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

This hotel is probably overrated. With international standard, I'd probably rate it 3.5 stars, rather than 5 stars as it advertises. The room space is large, but in modern hotel, it is just as important that the bathroom area should be ”modern” too. This is probably the least satisfied in the whole stay. The bath room is good in size but rather wet and ventilation is poor. The shower water jet is way too strong and is not easy to adjust. The shower room floor should have been using better flooring to show the cleanness. The water sound is too much and that affects the sleep if using it in the middle of the night. Maybe it was due to the need to reduce wastage that by default it doesn't supply hair conditioner. We requested 3 times and finally a small bottle was supplied and delivered to the room. Our options are It should be supplied by default together with the other 2. Missing this one gives the perception that this hotel is poor in quality (for the sake of saving a few cents ?) The breakfast is good, with sufficient food supply, however the quality in general is average. I would expect it should be in higher quality. In busy time, it is quite chaotic, which is stressful and disappointed. It should have been better managed. Smoking and Non-Smoking areas should be strictly separated: yes, I understand there is a need for some customers to smoke, however, it should not allow to smoke in the room. A smoking area should be established so that it can maintain the cleanness of the room and the overall quality of the experience. This is particular important (at least for us) as smoking is a health issue.

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

The sound system was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. It was a perfect place to let loose and enjoy some singing and dancing. Fish Market: Jiangmen is known for its fresh seafood, and the local fish market was a highlight of my visit. The market was bustling with activity, with a wide variety of fresh fish, shellfish, and other seafood on display. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase some fresh fish for a delicious meal later that day. BBQ: For dinner, I visited a popular barbecue restaurant in Jiangmen. The restaurant offered a wide selection of grilled meats, including beef, pork, and chicken, as well as a variety of side dishes. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a great place to enjoy a hearty meal with friends or family. Overall, my experience in Jiangmen was enjoyable and memorable.
