The service is acceptable in that once you ask them for directions, etc, they will answer you. In terms of asking for an extra chair in the room, that is not the easiest job. We didn't really eat at the hotel, so we cannot comment much. They do have a laundry service available, but it isn't 5 star hotel standard, it is just available, please take your own laundry washing powder or tablets. But it is very close to the Wanda Plaza, so it is rather convenient.

ประการแรกคืออาคารที่หันหน้าไปทางถนนและมีชื่อโรงแรมอยู่ด้านข้าง โรงแรมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบซึ่งดีมากสำหรับสถานที่แห่งนี้ เราได้รับโรงแรมที่ไม่หันหน้าไปทางถนนและผู้คนที่นี่ก็ชอบที่จะมีชีวิตชีวาเมื่อไปซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต เปิดในตอนเช้า ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนมีร้านอาหารเช้าอยู่ห่างจากร้านข้าวหน้าปลาไหลแห่งแรกในไทซานเป็นระยะทางหนึ่ง มีที่จอดรถสะดวก

This hotel is located in a peaceful area far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Environment is good. The breakfast is varied  and mainly served  Chinese food. The room is spacious and clean. The only setback is the lady who served at the noodle station was a bit rude to the guests. I think she should be trained properly on how to serve the guests. Other than that, everything is fine.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by its unique and farm house style design. It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

Nice location, place looks old but still comfortable, pool was empty but is close from the beach and some other places to hangout

Not bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.

房間很乾凈沒有異味，床單乾淨很新，淋浴很舒適，WIFI很快，前台24小時有人隨時解決問題，贊。位置非常棒，服務温馨。出遊必選酒店，性價比很高!入住體驗感很棒!這家一直是我信賴的酒店。

The hotel itself and the room were great, very comfortable and well maintained. Unfortunately the whole Gudou area is badly neglected and run down. The hot springs are clean, but in desperate need of refurbishment and maintenance
