房間寬敞整潔，就在景區裏，有電瓶車從停車場接送，早餐豐盛，服務細緻，景區內表演節目眾多，特別要去觀看火秀表演，其中介紹了碉樓的形成和歷史演變，還有打鐵花和煙火表演，另外雖然看上去酒店價格偏貴但都包含了景區門票這樣一算就性價比很高了，景區內各種餐飲和小吃應有盡有，還能在有效期間無限次出入景區，也方便出景區去周邊玩一下，房間裏咖啡膠囊機，浴缸，淋浴間都配備完善，值得推薦。

อยากมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้มานานแล้ว ในที่สุดก็ได้มาสมใจหวัง ไม่ผิดหวังเลยค่ะ พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักและกระตือรือร้น มีรถรับส่งบริการ และยังได้รับน้ำชายามบ่าย ตั๋วรถราง และตั๋ว VIP สำหรับชมการแสดงด้วยค่ะ บรรยากาศของสถานที่สวยงามมาก เป็นสไตล์จีนย้อนยุคแบบหนานหยางที่ฉันชอบ มีอาคารสไตล์บาโรกที่เก่าแก่เป็นร้อยปี เดินเล่นเพลินๆ แล้วนั่งเรือแจวหรือรถรางก็สบายมากๆ ค่ะ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลทองของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกสุดๆ โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมากๆ ค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

โรงแรมไท่ซานนิวเวิลด์เป็นโรงแรมที่หรูหรามาก ประตูทางเข้าด้านหน้าสวยงามตระการตาด้วยน้ำพุกลางแจ้ง ภายในล็อบบี้ คุณจะพบกับภาพวาดบนเพดานที่ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ประเทศอิตาลี และฉันก็ได้เจอกับ ”หุ่นยนต์” แสนเป็นมิตรที่ทำงานอย่างขยันขันแข็งในการส่งอาหารถึงหน้าประตูห้องของฉันด้วย

I selected this hotel because its package specifically featured two live performances held inside Chikan Ancient Town, and indicated that tickets for these shows could be collected at the hotel front desk—implying that the package included special VIP tickets for both events. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide any special tickets for the two shows to its guests. If I wished to secure VIP seating for the fire show, I would need to pay an additional fee at the venue entrance. This constitutes a clear misrepresentation. Had the hotel package not prominently highlighted these two performances and stated that tickets could be picked up at the front desk, I would not have chosen this hotel for my trip. Although the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, the overall service level of the staff was merely average.

Not bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.
